Blind Love

Chapter. 8

Eretria's POV
Katie is amazing we just got to her place after our nap hehe. We're gonna get ready and she's gone take me somewhere.

"Eretria, Eretria.."

"Yeah? Sorry."

"You're over thinking baby." She gently grabbed my forearm and pulled me into a hug.

"I am hehe about our date I don't want to mess anything up and my blindness can ruin everything." I could hear a gasp come from her mouth.

"Don't you dare say that Eretria. You'll never ruin anything."

I couldn't help but laugh at her words, I've ruined multiple things. "What about the times I have? Like tripping over nothing and running into you at the Café that one day? Or.."

I couldn't speak any longer she had her lips against mine.

"You were over thinking again and talking a little to much."

"Heyy I thought you liked when I spoke"

"Maybe a little it depends on what you're speaking about."

"Yeah you can go ahead and wipe that smirk off your face, I just know its there."

"I'm so smirking how did you know?"

"I know you somewhat, so about that date. Where are we going?"

"Get ready and you'll know."

We both got ready for the date I just washed my face and put on one of her beanies. I felt the words and they said W-H-A-T-E-V-E-R whatever cool.

"I'm ready Katie."

"You're so adorable."

"Hehe um you're beautiful."

"Oh really?" I nodded my head saying yes and walked towards the sound of her giggle.

"Okay you ready?" Katie asked.

"Sure am.. Let's go heheh!" I replied.

I heard her mumble the word adorable as we walked to her car.

The drive was so peacefully sometimes I find myself wishing I was deaf instead but I'd rather be blind then deaf. I can't see anything but that's okay. I can however hear her giggle, her voice, I can hear her and its amazing. There's no way I'd change that I just wanna know what she looks like. I mean I know she's very beautiful its just a craving of mine.

The car stopped and she grabbed my hand.

"While we're here I'll be sure to keep you so busy you won't be able to over think anything."

"Okay sorry love."

She kissed my cheek and got out, she then helped me out of the car. All I could smell was sweetness but I couldn't hear anyone but Katie.

"Katie where are we?"

"At the Carnival, but its not open and the only people here are the security guard's and they know I'm here with you so its okay."

We went in and music started to play. I smiled and turned to what I assumed to be Katie.

"Would you like to dance?"

"No I don't know how."

"Please."

"Fine okay come on."

We ran around the whole carnival sung and danced. We even acted as if we were on the rides playing games and such. After doing all of that we got on a ride and Katie took me to the middle of it. We stood there for awhile and as we did that the ride started to move.

"Teach me to slow dance Eretria."

"Okay love."

I showed her what to do and we began to dance. I felt at home I felt as if this was meant to be I felt I just felt amazing and happy. To be with her at this moment. The sparks the tingles shooting through my body felt amazing. The butterflies floating around in my stomach was one thing but it got bigger and bigger with every little thing she did.
