Max's pov
After school
"Hey Max, wanna hang out at my place for a while?" Shaw asked. "No thanks I gotta do something." I replied, but Shaw started staring at me. "Uh... what is it?" I asked.
Shaw: "Ok then, how about we go for a race tonight. On the Wangan?"
Me: "Heck yeah, I'll see you there."
Shaw: "Ok seeya."
At the warehouse
"Hey Max, your package is here." On off my working partners said. "Sweet, just put it next to my Camaro in room 5." I replied. Once I got my tools, I entered the room and unbox my package. Finally I got it, this will be very useful for my races.
My twin turbo system, this is what I wanted for a long time. "But I have a race tonight with Shaw... guess I'll bolt on the rest first and then bolt on the twin turbo some other time."
45 mins later
Ok I changed the intake manifold, the carburetor, changed my wheels to a bigger size and planned out a step by step list on how to bolt on the new twin turbo system. Finally after re tuning my Camaro now has about 500hp but I doubt that will be enough. Welp, time to see if everything is running fine.
9.00 pm
After doing some test runs, My Camaro was ready to go. Suddenly my phone was ringing, Shaw was calling me.
Me: "Yeah Shaw, what is it?"
Shaw: "Hey Max, just so you know I'll meet you at the car park just before point 1 ok?
Me: "Got it, seeya there."
10.45pm
At the Wangan
"There you are." Shaw said when he saw me. "Yeah, wanna go now?" I asked. "Yeah, let's go." Shaw said grinning. What's he up to?
Shaw's pov
Max doesn't know, but I upgraded my Supra and it now makes 535hp. He's not winning this time.
3rd person pov
Max and Shaw were driving side by side until they reached the first point, Shaw was in the lead but Max was right behind him. They were dodging traffic at 230km/h.
Damn controlling this thing is a lot more difficult than I thought, my car keep skidding little by little and rear tires sometimes lose traction – Shaw.
Man Shaw isn't that smart is he? Only increasing his Supra's horsepower is a rookie mistake. You need to re tune different parts of a car like suspension to control the increase in power – Max.
Soon the 2 of them just passed point 2. Even though the corners were light Shaw was still having trouble with his Supra while Max was flowing through the traffic like a pro. They we're going 265km/h. When suddenly a car appeared behind them, it was red and fast. It was Jack a red Dodge Charger.
Shaw's pov
A Dodge Charger? Jack?! Where the hell did he came from?
Jack's pov
Heh who knew Max and Shaw were racing. "Sorry guy, make some room for me." I said to myself.
Max's pov
Jack's here, guess this is now a 3 way race. This is going to be awesome! I downshifted to 3rd gear to bring up my revs and punched the accelerator.
3rd person pov
All 3 cars were at the final straightaway all going currently going 285km/h, after a few seconds they all reached an all clear area.
Now's my chance. – Shaw.
Gotta shift to my final gear. – Jack.
AND PUNCH IT! – Max.
The 3 up shifted to their respective final gears and was about to reach the 3rd point, all going 298km/h. All side by side and determine to win.
Shaw's pov
I can't lose, I'm so close!
Jack's pov
I'm not gonna LOSE! Come on Charger, I'm counting on you.
Max's pov
I'M NOT GONNA LOSE DAMN IT, FULL THROTTLE.
