"Nooooooooo! My face has been taken over by a terrible disease and I will never be attractive again!!"

Don't worry! It is only acne and there are plenty of ways to either cope with or get rid of it!! First you'll need to find some skincare products that are gentle yet effective, next you'll need to learn NOT TO ITCH, and finally learn some facts about the condition so you know not to panic.

1) Skincare: You'll need to find a skincare brand that you like, for me Simple works best because it is just pure and natural with no nasties to hurt your skin. Any spot fighting products you buy should be natural and chemical free to make sure your skin doesn't react and make it worse!

2) You mustn't itch: You must not itch! It will make it hurt and  increases the risk that it may spread to other parts of your body (oh no)!

3) Face the Facts: Here are some facts about acne. First off, it is hereditary  meaning if your parents had it you are 3-4 times more likely to get it yourself. Secondly, around 80% of people between th eages of 11-30 years old gets acne so you are not alone. Thirdly, there are lots of different kinds of pimples you may get on your body these are:

Whiteheads. These are pimples that stay under the surface of the skin.

Blackheads. These pimples rise to the skin’s surface and look black. The black color is not from dirt.

Papules. These are small pink bumps that can be tender.

Pustules. These pimples are red at the bottom and have pus on top.

Nodules. These are large, painful, solid pimples that are deep in the skin.

Cysts. These deep, painful, pus-filled pimples can cause scars.

I REALLY hope this helps you because acne is in my opinion one of the WORST parts of growing up!!
