Ok, three aspects here. All can be kind of annoying!

First off, let's talk about boys. One of the things I really want to say is "Who needs 'em?". Yes, I know, it boosts your self esteem having a boy around who loves you but you really shouldn't panic if you don't have a boyfriend. They can be noisy, annoying, selfish and stupid sometimes, if they keep being like this it is time to dump them.

With a boyfriend you MUST know when to dump them, what they're thinking and most of all if they actually like you.

1) Dumping them: Boys are often a tiny bit immature, if this goes too far and leads to being dangerous, abusive or is making you depressed then you need to talk to him about it. If he continues to be stupid, break up with him.

2) Getting inside the brain of a boy: Sometimes this is very hard, especially if it starts to seem like they don't have a brain for you to get in to. If you want to see a great video on how to tell if someone is lying to you (Does he really like you?) check out this ===> www.youtube.com/watch?v=inCrfLE6jFw

3) Does he actually like you?: My mother and step-father divorced a few months ago because we found out that he didn't actually love her in the first place, he was apparently just practicing having a family and he was going to dump her when he found another woman. You need to make sure he actually loves you because if what happened to my mother happens to you then then there's only one thing I'll say... "I told you so..."

Okey dokey, now the boy talk is over and done lets talk about boobs! I know it sound weird but if I didn't talk about them then this wouldn't be a complete guide, would it? You need to know about bras and the stuff that is normal when they're growing.

1) Over shoulder boulder holders: Yes, I just called bras "over shoulder boulder holders", you got a problem with that? Anyway, you MUST get measured to make sure your bra is the right size, There is nothing more uncomfortable than an ill fitting bra!

2) The norm: It is more than normal for your boobs to hurt when they grow and yes, it is VERY annoying. Eventually they will stop constantly hurting and will only hurt once a month, around the same time as your period.

Now, for one of the worst parts of being a teen girl, the dreaded BODY IMAGE (Dun, duuun, duuuuuuuuuun)!!! When you are a teen you really want to look good (most of the time) but there are people out there who just want to get you down and make you feel bad about the way you look! Here's a true fact: We are ALL beautiful and we ALL think negatively about our bodies at at least one point in their life.

1) YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL: No matter how hard I try I cannot stress how much body image bugs me but what bugs me more is people saying they are ugly or fat because they usually aren't and they just don't realize how amazing they really are.

2) Don't listen to bullies: Bullies just want to get you down and keep you down. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM! That is all I'm going to say about bullies.
