We're Nothing Short of Invincible [Fred Weasley/Cedric Diggory love story]

Chapter 4

so who else is freaking out about the new wattpad? gahhh i can't find anything O.o

anways because i'm a lazy ass writer, there's going to be a time jump- to their sixth year (harry potter and the goblet of fire) 

so here's a little filler so you know whats going on :)

Bailey continued to date Cedric, they were known as the "Power couple" of Hogwarts

Fred and Bailey never spoke of their "moment" after the Hogsmeade trip

Imogen broke up with Oliver and became a lesbian....nah LOL im joking haha! But she did break up with Oliver... ;)

Bailey tried Quidditch again and became the reserve seeker for Gryffindor, because, let's face it, no one beats Harry Potter :P

Coming into their Sixth year, Cedric was developing a crush on Cho (The bastard :O)

Fred continued to love Bailey (nawwww <3)

Bailey moved out of her house away from her crazy muggle mother, and lived with Imogen in the country, but she didn't tell anyone

anyhoo i think that's all you need so i shall write the actual chapter now :) oh and exciting moment in this chapter ;)

**Fred's POV**

"Since when did I become your mule?" I mutter to Bailey as I lug her stuff into our compartment.

"You always were!" She laughs and turns to me. "Thank you Fred." She says sincerely and doesn't hesitate to fall in to my arms, what she doesn't realize is that this is killing me. 

Too quickly, she pulls away and sits down. I follow her lead and sit opposite her. 

She pats the space beside. "No sit here,"

"Why?" I ask and sit there anyway.

"So i can do this." She grins and lies back with her head in my lap. 

"Cedric won't like that." I mutter.

"Hmm?"

"What? Oh-nothing." Strangely, she doesn't like it when I give her relationship advice, weird isn't it?

"No, tell me."

"It's just- I just said.."

"Spit it out Fred." Bailey sighs.

"I just said that Cedric won't like that."

"Oh, well who cares what he thinks." She says darkly.

"What? Um Bailey? He is your boyfriend you know?"

"Yeah, i know...."

"Then?"

Suddenly her chest starts heaving and I can tell she's crying. Ugh, where are Fred and Imogen?

"Hey hey hey! What's wrong."

Bailey sits up and turns to me, "F-Fred, what i'm about t-to tell you, you ca-can't tell anyone."

"Of course, anything." I say. "What's up?"

"It's just, I was with Imogen at Diagon Alley, and-and I saw Cedric kissing Cho at Gringotts."

That slimey little git!

"Oh my-that's awful Bailey!"

"I know." She sniffles and looks down.

"Well what are you going to do?"

"I don't know. What do you think I should do?"

"Break up with him." I say simply.

"Fred! It's not that simple!"

"Why?"

"We've been together for 3 years!"

"So, he cheated on you."

"I know that! It's just..."

"Bailey you deserve someone better."

Bailey scoffs, "Yeah? Who?"

"Me." I whisper and before she can reply, I lean down and gently press my lips against hers. 

For a moment, just a moment, she kisses back, shen she realises what she's doing and hurriedly stands up. "I-I. i'm going to find George and Imogen. She gets up and leaves me with a smirk on my face.

Fred: 1

Cedric: 0

*Bailey's POV*

I wake up early the next morning, as per usual. I don't know what to do, stay with Cedric; the boy who cheated on me, or ditch him and go with Fred. Sweet, handsome, caring Fred.

I hop out of bed and get dressed. It's only 5:30 am.

Sighing, I decide to head down to lake and not think about Cedric or Fred. Suprisingly, i find this quite easily, mostly because i've gathered some information about my father.

I was pretty shocked when I found out who it was, it kind of makes me related to Wizard "royalty"

It was James Potter, Harry's dad. Which makes him my half brother, which is kinda cool i guess.

Apparently, one night, my mother had been out "partying" one night and had a little bit too much alcohol. To tell  a long story short, she met James, they did some stuff...and i was made.

Dad then freaked out when he found out mum was pregnant and left. I guess that's why mum hates the fact that I'm a witch.

Some part inside of me secretly hoped I'd get to meet my father one day.

I guess that's never going to happen.

 I head back to the castle for breakfast, when i bump into Cedric. 

"Oh, hey there!" He says and pecks my lips. 

I take a deep breath. Ok...here goes.

"Cedric can I take to you for a second?"

"Yeah sure, what's up?"

"I know."

"Know what?"

I sigh. "I know Cedric, i know about you and Cho."

"W-what?"

"It's ok Cedric, i'm not angry. It's fine, you like her now, not me."

"But Baile-"

"Really, it's fine. Go with Cho. I'm ok."

With that, i leave him, and head into the Great Hall, tears brimming in my eyes.
