1. If a Brit says 'Plaster', the first thing that comes to mind for an American is a substance you use for making molds of something, rather than a band-aid.
2. If a Brit says 'Bloody', the first thing that comes to an American's mind is slaughter.
3. If a Brit says 'Tea', the first thing that comes to an American's mind is iced tea, rather than Earl Grey or something of the sort.
