Chapter Two
After Noel and I came back from the cementery we decided to have lunch on a small dinner, he order mac and cheese while I order a cheeseburger.
He was telling me about a new boy in his class and how he thought he was very friendly, when my phone starts to ring I look down on the ID before I answer it.
Jason Hyland, Incoming call
Jason was my boyfriend, we have been together for the last 6 months, when I first met him I thought he was very handsome and friendly but I didn't want a boyfriend and I still don't, the only reason why I accepted to go out with him was because all my family and friends and even Christians parents told me that it was time for me to move on. He is great with me and Noel, he takes him to amusement parks and buys him many toys, honestly, he is great but I don't feel anything towards him other than physical attraction.
"Hi baby" he said as I press the accept bottom.
"Heey"
"So do you and Noel want to go to the movies today? I heard that there is a really funny and good movie for kids" to be honest I don't want to go, but if I blow this date it will be the third date that I don't accept in this week and its only Thursday.
"Yeah, sure, I mean I have to ask Noel but I don't think he would say no, so pick us up at 7:30?" I say as I watch Noel dipping his fries in the ketchup.
"Yeah baby, I just want to distract you from this horrible day" Jason knows that I was married and that my husband died 3 years ago and the fact that I was still no over him, and I made that perfectly clear when we both started dating, but he thought that he could make me move on and start new. No progress.
"Thanks, so see you later"
"Yes baby, love you" He hung up before I could respond, not that I was going to respond to that.
"Hey baby, so Jason is picking us up at 7:30, he is going to take us to watch a movie, what do you say? Are you in the mood to go?" I said to him as I pull him towards me and start pecking his cheeks
"YAAAY! I have wanted to go to the movies for a long timeee" Exciment clearly showing on his face, I love him he is the only reason I continue waking up in the morning.
We pay the bill and leave the dinner, we wander in the streets a couple hours and get done some errands that needed to be done.
It is 6:30 when we get home I told Noel that he needs to go pick his toys up and then take a shower and that I will keep his clothes ready when he is done.
I sit on the couch and turn on the TV and flipped channels until Noel yells that he is done picking his toys and that he is going to take a shower now
I start to get up to go pick his clothes when I received a text message. I head to my purse, which I left in the table beside the front door.
Do you miss me? because I do.

Jason? Its you? This isn't funny!!

The person sending the texts decided not to respond anymore so I decided to forget about it, because it probably was a stupid prank and decided to get ready.
I decided to wear a light washed jean, a maroon sweater a, white and maroon scarf, since it was getting colder this months, and some brown boots, for my hair I decided to just let it down naturally, I applied lip-gloss and a little bit of mascara.

I get Noels clothes ready for him and help him get changed. When Jason arrives it is exactly 7:35, he honks his car and wait for us to get out.
"Mommy, Mommy! Jason is here" Noel said running towards the door
"Yes Babyboy, I know, don't forget to grab your coat and wait for me at the front door"
Before heading out I remember to turn everything off since Noel seems to always forget to do it, I grab my purse, phone and Noels coat since he forgot it.
While I was locking out I got a text message, I pull out my phone and read it, and what I read left me in shock
I would have knocked and greet you properly, by the way, you look beautiful my love.
"Who is it mommy?" Noel says taking my hand and leading me to Jason's car
"No one baby"
I got into Jason's car and he leans in for a peck, I adjust myself on the car and start thinking about those texts, is someone following us?
"Hey Tori, you look beautiful" Jason says and I give him a small smile as a thank you.
"How are you buddy? Causing any troubles lately?" He says to Jason
"Nope, what movie are we watching Jay-Jay?" Noel ask while staring out on the window
"How about Cars 3 buddy? I heard you telling to your mommy that you wanted to watch it" Jason says, he grabs my hand and gives it a little squeeze, which I returned.
"Awesome, thank you Jay- Jay"
"No problem buddy"
And meanwhile they continue with their small talk, I couldn't help but wonder who is the person texting me.
