Madison's Pov
I get back in the car and play Why Don't We music. I tear up at the thought of them, but I pull it together. I scroll through my camera roll of all the funny pictures and videos we took. I went from having 60 pictures to 200 pictures. I have 60 pictures cuz I had saved most of them to my computer.
Time skip
We pull in our drive way and my moms at the door talking to someone. I'm not in the mood to talk so I greet my mom.
"Hi mom" I say walking past her
"Madison did you see who was at the door." My mom says
I roll my eyes and turn around and see Johnny at the door. It's 3:30 am what is he doing here.
"Hey" he says waving at me
"What are you doing here" I say walking to the door.
"Well it's just me and my sister at home and I knew you would be sad so I thought you would wanna sleep over" he says smiling
I look at my mom and she nods. I don't need anything because we all leave clothes at each other's houses. I walk out as my moms closes the door. His house is a 10 minute walk so he's not that far.
We get to the end of my street and shivers go down my spine. I forgot I sweater. Great.
"Are you cold" Johnny asks me
"I'm fine" I say as a shiver again
"Ok well obviously your not" he says taking his sweater off
"No your gonna get cold" I say denying
"I have a sweatshirt on" he says showing me
"Thank you" I say putting on his hoodie
I look around in the dark night a little frightened. Maybe he could come. Johnny realized I was scared so he grabbed my hand and laced our fingers together. He knows this calms me down. I know what your thinking. Omg Madison flirts with every guy. Like he's my best friend. When your best friends with someone for so long especially if it's the opposite gender you kinda act like a couple.
We keep walking until we get to the light. Theirs these 2 guys who look much older then us and they look like their on drugs and have no life.
"Hey man, wanna lend us yo girl for the night" on of them says
Johnny tightens his grip on my hand.
"What did you just say" he says getting mad.
This happened before with him and Annie. He hates when guys like them catcall Annie or me.
"Get your head out of you're ass and go find a slut to smash. But if you didn't realize I'm taken" I sass showing them mine and Johnny's hands.
"Oooooh ok we gotta fierce one" the other guy says coming closer
I lean closer to Johnny and he nods his head and kicks on in the in the leg and we both bolt it across the street. They soon follow us running. We turn a corner so they can't see us and we hide behind a bush. We see them run the other way so we both run to Johnny's house. We both burst out laughing at what happened.
We go to the tv room and turn a movie on. We sit on the sectional couch. He lays on top of me making me burst out laughing.
"What are you doing" I say in between laughs
"Remember when we were little and I would do this and you would get mad at me" he says laughing
"I would get mad at everything you would do" I laugh
"Ya I know!" he says getting of me
We both look at each other and smile. Then we burst out laughing for no reason. He puts his arm around my waist and pulls me close to him. I lay my head on his chest.
"We are best friend goals." I say laughing
"We were until you said that" Johnny says laughing at me
"This is why I don't like you" I say slapping his chest
"No. This is why you love me" he says correcting me
"Ugh" I say rolling my eyes
He pauses the movie and snuggles up closer to me.
Time skip
I wake up and hear people walking into the room. I don't open my eyes cuz I don't want them to see me and talk to me.
Ella's Pov (Johnny's sister)
It's almost 5:00 am so me and my friend decided to go up to bed. We walk into the TV room and Madison and Johnny are snuggled up sleeping. He has his arm around her waist and she has her head on his chest and one leg over his stomach. Their so cute.
"Your brother has a girlfriend?" My friend asks
"No their best friends" I say giggling
"With benefits" she says smirking
"Nope just best friends" I say "I wish they would date. They literally act and look like a couple all the time" I say looking back at them
"Imagine what they would do if they were dating then" she says chuckling
"I'm gonna take a picture" I say taking out my phone
"One day their gonna get married and life happily ever after" she chirps
"We need to go to bed" I say rolling my eyes and pushing her upstairs.
Madison's Pov
I tried so hard not to laugh. Just best friends.
I put my arms around him squeezing him and fall right back asleep.
A.n: I know this chapter doesn't have the boys in it but I wanted to add it in. Their will only be a a couple chapters until she gets to LA. I kinda like Madison and Johnny😏😂 hahaha😂
