After a while, the debate about pizza topping ended.

"All this debatings made me hungry"Shane announced."anyone else hungry".

"me" Michael, eve and Claire all said at once. They all skilled at each other.

"I hope it stays like this.Not forever but for a while more"Claire said.

Michael and Shane looked at each other.

"what?" eve asked them.

"well..." Shane said.

"dont worry because its not happening"Michael interrupted.

"what are they on about?" Claire asked eve.

"no idea CB. Come in then you two share the beans."

"you know we said that I was working on a surprise. well.. there was this apartment that was for sale.but it was petty run down. so me and Michael said to Amelie we would have a look and see if we could fix it."Shane said.

"he basically signed us up to mission impossible.The last owner seriously trashed the place. mould everywhere.broken floorboards"Michael added.

"so we tried to see if we could sort it out.But it was literally trahshed. it would have been really nice if we could have fixed it up.The rest if the estate is really nice. Just this one apartment wasn't." Shane shrugged.

"just as well we couldn't fix it I suppose." Shane smiled weakly."Anyway im tired do night living creatures." he got off the sofa.

"oh..." Claire whispered.

"ohh crap" eve added.

"Shane wait!" Claire called after him. But she heard the door close upstairs.

"I'm gonna..." Claire pointed upstairs.

"yer okay Claire bear. Crap what a mess of this.Shane does something really cute and non-Shane like. and we make it seem like a bad thing"

claire jogged up the stairs and knocked softly on their bedroom door, which was totally dusty and chipped, it deperatly needed some

Claire entered the room.Shane was laying on his side with his earphones in. she went and laid next to him on the bed, put his arms around him and kissed him on the back of the neck. He smelt like chilli and something else.something only boys could smell like.

"sorry" he said to Claire as he turned around.

"what for?" she asked him.

"I tried to make you happy. I thought you would be happy and it was wt you wanted but it was completely the opposite of what you wanted."

"What I ment was that I wanted us to be friends like that forever not necessarily under the same roof.we are going to need space one day, and I think your amazing for wanting to do all this. Don't be sorry as long as I'm with you I'm happy that's all I want."

"Kay" he said and looked into her eyes. He lent forward and kissed Claire on the lips.His lips felt soft on hers they were a pinky colour and perfect like the rest if him.

"I love you"he whispered into her ear. Then he gently kissed her neck,then her cheek and pulled her onto him. They continued kissing untill they heard the front door knocked.Claire jumped up and went to the bedroom door."who's that"she looked at Shane who was also getting up. he licked his lips and at that moment she thought about going back to him and making out because he was, as eve liked to say, serious man candy. But then she heard Eve's cry of alarm, then they both raced downstairs to see what it was.
