Lauren's  P.O.V

Everyone's started getting slightly tired now and many people left our "party". Technically it was just a bunch of us hanging out but we liked to call it a party. Now all that left was, the main apocalyptour performers, Nick, Matt, Julia and Brad.

I've kinda zoned out so really I have no clue what is going on. I think we're talking about the bus situations, but I really can't be sure as I'm half asleep by now.

"Lauren, you heard that right?"

"Huh? Um yes?"

"Are you sure?"

"Yep I heard it for sure."

"Ok, good. I didn't want to have to repeat myself again."

I turn to Jaime, who's face tells me that she knows what I'm about to ask.
"Julia was just telling us about who's on what bus. Basically it's us singers, Julia, Clark, Mark and Charlene." She whispers to me.

I give her a small smile of gratitude to say thanks and look around, observing the people in the room. It's the usual, Brian and Meredith being all gross and sappy and disgustingly cute. Julia, Nick and Matt arguing over how they thought the busses should be set up, Julia occasionally throwing in the, "I'm the tour manager, so I decide!". Joe and Brosenthal singing this weird song and Jaime texting someone on her phone.

The last person I look at is Joey. My gaze lingers on him as I see him staring back at me. After about three seconds I'm assuming he released what was happening as his head abruptly turned away from me. What was that all about?

I try not to think to heavily on it (my brain's too tired) and turn to Brad. We've only been dating for a couple of months but it's going well. I kind of hate how cliche our first meeting is, as we met at Starbucks. Yes I know cue the eye rolls.

He's another person who's looking at me. This time I'm not so confused as why. "Hey Lo, I think I'm gonna head back to my place now. I offer to take you back to yours but I'm guessing you have to stay or something."

I simply smile an "Okay" in return as he gives me a quick peck and stands up to go.

"See you guys later!"

Joey's P.O.V

I sigh slightly and look down as Brad kisses Lauren. Brian, who has been keeping and eye on me since our chat, stopped his giggling and whispering to Meredith and gave me a pity smile. Pity is the last thing I want right now. All I want is to stop feeling this way. Lauren is my best friend and she's taken.

Honestly all I want right now is to get on the busses and get on tour. It's a straight month of performing, with no Brad and Lauren to make me jealous. Just one more week.

I feel like this chapter kind of sucks but it's longer. This was really just a filler so it's also kinda boring. Feedback would be appreciated :)
