While we were in line checking my bags, I was reminded of when I came to North Carolina for the first time. I had no idea that my life would be changed by my mission. In my mind, I thought it was just going to be a chance to prove myself, not a chance to fall in love. We had just made it through the line when Nash stopped.  He got a look of determination and hope on his face.

"I have to go, ill be right back,"

He didn’t say anything after that, he just hurried away. It was weird. I looked at my watch, and saw I had an hour and a half left until my flight. There was no point in standing in the middle of the airport waiting him to come back, so I made my way to my gate. He was a smart boy, he could find me.

I scrolled through vine, probably for the last time, and one of Nash's most recent vines caught my eye. It showed his tear stained face, and he was saying something to the camera.

“You may be leaving North Carolina, but you will never leave my heart. I love you.”

The comment section was blowing up with girls asking who he was talking about, and comforting him. There were a few rude comments, but I skipped over those ones. I smiled to myself, and my eyes watered. I wiped them, so I wouldn’t make a fool out of myself in public. I turned to look for Nash to tell him thank you, but he hadn't returned. It had been twenty minutes, where was he?

I called his phone four times, but he didn’t pick up. I was leaving in an hour and he was no here to be found. I reassured myself by saying that he probably just went to the bathroom and got lost, or he left his phone in the car. I settled in my seat once more, and plugged in my head phones. Might as well get comfortable.

The minutes ticked by. 30 minutes left, 20 minutes left, 10 minutes left, and still no Nash. I was sad and angry, why wasn’t he here? What could be more important?

Then I was worried he got hurt, that Andrew had back up men, but I shooed that idea away. There was no way he could get kidnapped in a busy airport.

I couldn’t come up with a logical explanation of why Nash had been gone this long.

The speaker announced that my flight was boarding. I picked up my bag, looked once more over my shoulder, and got in line to go onto the plane. He wasn’t coming, it was to late now. I was about to hand the lady my ticket, when I felt someone pull me out of the line. Excitement welled up inside me.

I spun around and saw Nash's beautiful face.

“There you are! Where were you?” I asked as I hugged him.

“I'm so sorry, but I couldn’t just let you leave, I wouldn’t be able to handle it, so I talked to my mom and dad and got everything settled with Anna and David and I'm entirely ready and they got everything figured out and it took me a long time to get all my things and now-” he spat out in one continuous sentence, before I cut him off.

“Nash, what are you talking about?” I asked him. He took a deep breath and grinned from ear to ear.

“Molly, I’m coming with you. I’m going to be a secret agent.”
