As I walk home with Alex I realize how beautiful these woods really are. The light shines through the trees and makes a pattern across the forest floor. No time for daydreaming today is report card day. Right as I walk through the doors my mom screams my name. And that is because of only one possible reason, she has seen my card. Alex leaves knowing I need privacy with my mom.
"I was waiting for you!" She said excited, she hadn't opened it yet. Oh god here we go.
"Ahhhh!" Ugh. "Three Cs and a B! That's so much better than last time! Turns out some of Alex's smarts are rubbing off on you, slowly." No not really. I only got a B in LA because I love to write about, what I daydream about, but if my mom knew that things would take a turn for the worst. She hates my daydreaming. She says I wonder about stupid stuff that has nothing to do in the real world, nothing that's gonna help me in my future. Whatever that's supposed to mean.
"Yay." I say trying to be proud. It's not working. So I go up to my room for the rest of the day. But I can't wonder in my room way to many distractions, like all the fake trophies they bought for my academics and the real ones I won from all the sports they made me do when I was little. The sports thing was dads idea, but that doesn't make it any less horrific. So I go to sleep, 7:00 at night so I don't have to hear what my dad says when he gets home at 8.

I'm in the woods, I'm running. I keep looking back trying to see if it's close, what I'm running from. I look forward trying to see where I'm going but now it's in front of me, a wolf. I'm to scared to move, with its snarled teeth baring at me. I go down on one knee. I put my hand out and the beast sniffs it then turns. Turns into a human.

I scramble to get up in the morning, when my mom set my alarm clock to a rooster. You know when they caca doodle do in the morning, yeah that. Who knew that was a setting? But after I shut it off I can't go back to sleep I'm awake, I guess that's the whole idea of a highly disturbing sound to wake you up. I get dressed in a blue t-shirt and black jeans. I brush my hair a little bit not caring and spray body spray so I don't smell like a dead raccoon, since I fell out of a tree yesterday and didn't take a shower. I go down stairs grab my lunch and back pack which of course my dad has already made for me. Mom leaves for work 2 hours earlier than when my school starts at seven. I don't know why she chooses to get up at 5. But all I can think about is the dream I had last night, it felt so real, the wolf felt so real. But it wasn't just a wolf, a werewolf.
"Saw your report card, you can do better next time, bye sweetheart." My dad says sitting on the couch not bothering to tear his head away from the news paper to look at me. Who even reads news papers anymore? I go out of the house not bothering to reply and start my walk, Smart Alec meets me on the way.
"I got all As and once B+ on my report card, you?" If you couldn't tell my eyes rolled all the way to the back of my head. I think I saw part of my very very small brain.
"Do you even have to ask Smart Alec?" I say tired of his nosiness already.
"Sorry." He says genuinely but the look on his face says yikes. We get to school and walk right to the school clubs board. "You should try out for the play. You have a great imagination." He says nudging me
"She's way to fat and ugly to be in a play, but you can be back stage crew." Of course, Bianca and her sidekicks, the schools mean girls. I don't really care what they think but I run anyways away from school down the sidewalk to my house. But I don't go in of course, I run beside it, past it and deep into the woods behind it. I go right to my tree lay my eyes on a branch and sit.
"Fat and ugly, oh really Bianca, well you can tell me about being ugly after I get the chance to break your nose with my fist." I mumbled to myself. Then everything goes black.

I'm running I'm in the woods the wolves are closing in. I kneel down. I put my palms face down to the ground and push. I don't know how but I push power into the earth, then the wolves morph, and one steps forward.
"Ahh!" Now I'm awake. Wow that was real daydreaming. It felt so... so... real. I don't understand what just happened or how it happened but it was incredible I need to find out what it wa "Whose there?" I heard a break of a branch above me. Someone's there, something's there. Then as always I fall right out of the tree do to Alex yelling at me.
"Are you kidding me!!!" I say so annoyed I'm about to break.
"You ran away for a the whole day!" He says surprised.
"What? I was only gone an hour." I say correcting him for the first time.
"No you missed the whole day it's 6:00." Of course I'm wrong. But how, I was just sitting here for five minutes, then I had a vision... the vision. The vision lasted me 10 hours?? How... I will find out what's going on if it's the last thing I do.
"What do you mean, what's going on?" Apparently I said the last part out loud.
"Oh nothing it's just... just... nothing." I say as I get up and wipe the dirt off me.
"Sorry about that." You should be, but I'm not gonna say that I'm to consumed in what just happened to care about 5 more bruises.
The visions are so intense. Not the visions, my visions.

Stay tuned...
