IT IS YOU

          I stuck my head out to see if he was still there. He wasn't. I showed a sign of relief, but I felt very uncomfortable and my head ached bad. I missed my soft bed. I had a very comfortable sleep. My bed kind of seemed to help me put all those thoughts behind me.😪😪😪😪

             I didn't wake up early the next morning. Then suddenly I heard a loud sound "RISE AND SHINE RILEY". I heard mummy say as she opened the curtain. The sun shined so bright into my face. I opened my eyes a bit and at the sight of mummy I closed my eyes tight😑😑😑. Mum was all dressed up ready for work. It was 9:00 am.....I guess. Cause my alarm clock had been disturbing my sleep since 7:00 am.

        Mum told me she was leaving and that I should take breakfast. I hadn't gotten enough time with daddy since I arrived. Just before mummy left the room, I asked her "Where is daddy?" And she answered "he had an emergency at the hospital so he left early." It really bothered me because I wanted to spend at least some time with him.

             After mum had left, I got out of bed and walked lazily into the bathroom to freshing up😫😫😫. I was sleepy but I had to wake up. After freshening up, I wore my morning coat wearing nothing inside but my brazir and panty. Just before I was about to make breakfast I heard the door bell ring. I went to the door and opened it. It was that cute guy. I stared at him lyk an idiot.

         He finally started talking "I'm Jake  Hebertson, umm....." Then he gave me a card " I...I...have this welcome....I mean my dad is throwing me a welcome party and this is the invitation" He added. I wondered why he was stummering. I collected the card then I said "T...Thanks.". I turned to close the door then he said, "umm....your name pls" Then I said " R...Riley". He looked at me with this facial expression I can't describe. It made me uncomfortable. Then I asked, "Any problem?". He blinked his eyes in a rapid succession and then he said, "No no, no problem." I said, "bye" and he did too. I closed the door and stood in front of it. I looked down only to realise that my coat was open. I was really embarrassed and angry. For a second I thought he was into me. But he was just into my body??😡

        I went back to the kitchen and made my breakfast. I was angry buh I still felt like I knew him from somewhere. The name Jake. It seemed so familiar. After eating, I went to my room, putted on some clothes and looked through my window. I could not trace him. Not that I wanted to see him. I just found pleasure in looking at him.

          I still deemed him to be a jerk. I was super bored in the house so I decided to go walk around. I toured around the neighbourhood I felt refreshed as the wind blew into my hair. I felt a warm presence near me. I turned only to see.... Jake. I tried as hard to ignore.

          He then  said, "um.. Riley" and I said without hiding my anger, "Wat do you want". He asked me where I was headed to and I said "Nowhere just walking around". He said he was going to grab lunch and he was wondering if I wanted to come. "No😡. I mean no thank you ". He still insisted and I agreed. We walked together without saying a word. Well sometimes he tried to speak to me but I gave straight forward and rude answers.

         We arrived at this restaurant and it seemed a little fancier than it looked on the outside. We sat and I stared at my phone trying to avoid eye contact. He held my hand and put the phone away. I stared at him with a straight forward face which I hope made him feel uncomfortable. The waiter came by and asked wat we would like to eat. He said, "I will have anything the lady wants". The waiter looked at me waiting for my order.

           I shook my head and then said, "Nothing...I will have nothing". The waiter stared at Jake and he ordered Mc and cheese with a cherry Soda. Then he said "Same for the lady". I looked at him with a facial expression that made him look away😒😒. The waiter later brought the food. I stared at the food, then at him and then I took my phone.

         Then he said, "Aren't u going to eat. Then I said, "I didn't order any of this". Then I looked away. He ate his food and later called the waiter. Just when he was about to pay, l took my purse and paid for mine and then I walked out. He paid for his and came out. When he came out, I was half way across the street. He ran to me and called out " Riri"? I turned to him and said  "Jacky"?😕😕
