I frowned at Max and Monte. "Am I missing something?" Michael asked. "No" I replied. Max just rolled his eyes and walked into the living room. Michael watched as I followed him. "Okay, so maybe I like him," I sighed. "I knew it!" Max yelled. "Shhh! Please just don't tell him or anyone else for that matter." I begged. Max just smirked and yelled "Michael! Alex-" I put my hand over his mouth and said "I was wondering if you are joining Escape The Fate?"
Michael smiled and said "Actually, I am." My smile got really big and Max licked my hand. "Ew Max," I whined. "Don't shush me," he said laughing. I frowned. "Michael gave us a confused look and said "Is there something going on between you two?" "No way!" we both said at the same time. Michael looked relieved? I stared at Michael as he and Monte began to talk more about when their new album was going to be written.
"You know he has to find out eventually Alex." Max smirked. "I know." "How are you gonna tell him?" "I don't know honestly I don't wanna be around when he finds out I like him. What if he doesn't feel the same?" I began to frown. "He likes you, I can tell Alex." Max reassured me. "You really think so?" I asked. "I know he does because he acted the same way around his ex, Kelly, and now he's acting like this around you."
I smiled and decided to tell Michael how I felt. Max and I walked back into the kitchen and everyone looked at me as I said "Michael, can I talk to you alone for a minute?" "Of course you can" he replied. We walked into the living room. "Michael, I really like you." "In what way?" Michael asked, looking at me with uncertainty. "For more than friends," I said quietly. Michael remained silent.
