Oh shit! I thought, they're trying to get in! I prayed that they'd go away. Unfortunately, they got the door open and I was cowering in the corner. One of the guys put a cloth over my face and I passed out.

I woke up several hours later in a room alone. Suddenly the door opened and a guy who looked a lot like Craig Mabbitt walked in. "Are you okay?" He asked. I looked at him for a second and said "Why do you look like Craig Mabbitt?"

"Because I am Craig Mabbitt" he replied, laughing. I smiled and said "No way" he smiled and walked out of the room. I got up and followed him slowly. Before long I found a staircase.

I went downstairs to find all four boys sitting on the couch. They smiled at me. Craig came over, grabbed my hand, and walked us over to the couch. "So what's your name?" Craig asked. "Alex" I replied, becoming shy.

"How old are you?" Max asked "I just turned 17" I replied shyly, latching on to Craig's arm. "It's okay Alex" Craig laughed. "Hey, where did you get those bruises Alex?" Monte asked. I kinda frowned.

"My mom" I said quietly. They looked shocked. I hid behind Craig again. "Hey its okay. We won't let her hurt you anymore" Craig hugged me. I smiled and hugged him back. "Are you hungry?" Robert asked.

I nodded. They all got up and Craig grabbed my hand. We all got into the car and, after 10 minutes of driving, arrived at a restaurant. We got out and went inside. I sat in between Monte and Craig.

I ordered the seafood platter. It took about 29 minutes to get our food. After we ate, Craig paid and we left. Once we got home again it was time to go to bed. So I went upstairs to the room I was in before.

I crawled into bed and fell asleep. The next morning, I got out of bed and went downstairs. Monte was talking to a tall man with dark brown hair. "Who's that Monte?" I asked quietly. They looked over at me.

"This is my little brother, Michael, and he might be joining Escape The Fate." Monte smiled. I smiled. "What's your name sweetie?" Michael asked. "I'm Alex" I replied, sticking my hand out. He took my hand and shook it.

I smiled and said "It's nice to meet you." Michael nodded and said "likewise." I went into the kitchen and made myself some cereal. It wasn't long before the others woke up. I hugged Craig when he came downstairs.

"Good morning Alex" Craig hugged me back. I smiled and said "Is Michael joining Escape The Fate?" "Maybe" Craig replied, smiling. I walked over to Max who was sitting on the couch texting. "Hi Max," I said.

"What's up Alex?" He replied. "I miss Lily" I frowned. "Who's Lily?" Robert asked as he and Max looked at me. "My best friend" I replied.
