Y/N POV

I layed on the bed regretting what I did earlier. No I don't regret trying to drown myself, I regret listening to the voices in my head and trying to run away. Now I'm bleeding and slowly dying inside and out.

Why can't I just go in peace?

Why can't I leave this world behind and sleep forever?

I start to let go of those thoughts and fall asleep letting the darkness take me.

*baby cries*

"Thank god it was only a dream."

I reached for my stomach and held it tight.

"I can't believe it, why?"

I sat there with a blank expression thinking about what I had to do. I was thinking about a plan until I heard a door open.

"Well I umm brought some lunch for you to eat."

"How's your injury?"

He stood there in complete silence for a few minutes. He finally broke the silence which was not what I wanted to happen.

"Y/N I'm sorry for doing that to you but please understand that I do these things because I lo-"

"Please.... I don't want to hear all of that, it just doesn't make sense to me." Why kill innocent people because you simply love someone? Why hurt that person because you love them?"

"Y/N I....."

*sigh*

"Whatever it's fine, I'm practically used to it already."

"Y/N please don't hate me for doing this, I know it doesn't make sense to you but I do really do this because I love you I hope you know and understand that."

"Yeah I understand now, be yourself like they say."

"Y/N?"

"You can kill people for me I guess but don't ever let me see it happen." "And please don't ever kill my friends and family."

"Of course, I won't anyone else."

"Who did you kill?"

"Well I killed many people, who are you talking about specifically?"

"No." "Oh god no Levi tell me you didn't..... kill Petra."

His eyes dilated and I saw a small grin form on his face as he looked away. I started crying when I found out the truth.

"Why Levi? Why? Why kill one of my best friends?"

"Oh Y/N one day you'll understand but right now isn't the time for me to explain since your injured."

His voice sounded amused and deeper than usual.

"Levi listen to me please."

I went up to him and grabbed his face so his eyes looked into mine.

"Snap out of it."

His eyes widened and he backed away from me.

"I-I I'm gonna go out. Want anything?"

"Levi?"

"Y-yeah?"

"Is everything alright?"

"Yeah everything's fine."
