Ally

I watched Lauren struggle under the restraints of the straps as her head was held underwater with a bag wrapped around it. This was the eleventh dunk and she still refused to tell us any information. We had been at this for ten hours and she still hadn't cracked. We had tried just about every technique in the book and all she would manage to say was along the lines of "you can't have her" and "fuck you".

It was angering but I was sure we would crack her soon. Lauren couldn't hold out forever. She surely wouldn't be willing to die for our alpha, would she? She hated werewolves. Normani shouldn't have been any different.

"Ma'am, we've completed fifteen dunks and she still refuses to release any information," a man told me as I sighed and looked through the glass window. To be honest, I didn't want to physically hurt Lauren but I was getting close to having to do it.

"Truth serum. Load her up with it and then question her," I replied before there was a knock at the door. I stood up and went to it, opening it slightly to find my beautiful daughter looking up at me.

"Mommy!" She yelled as I chuckled and lifted her up, holding her in my arms as I stepped out and closed the door to the room. "Hey baby. How's my little princess?" I asked as I looked to Tori, smiling brightly at her. Jasmine started to talk about her day as I leaned forward and kissed Tori softly, placing a hand on her waist.

"Eww! Mommy! Leave mommy alone!" Jasmine yelled and we both laughed as I pulled back, still keeping a hand on my wife.

"How are you?" I asked quietly, looking at the most beautiful woman in the world.

"Mommy and I saw a vampire!! We saw the vampire queen! It was awesomeeee!!!" Yasmine exclaimed as I raised an eyebrow.

"Is that so?"

"Yes! She was so pretty! But she was angry and the guards were yelling at her. Was she okay mommy? She looked like she in trouble," Yasmine asked as I sighed and set my daughter down.

"Can you go play for a moment? I'll tell you the special answer in a moment mi princesa." Jasmine nodded and ran down the hallway, pulling out her wooden sword to hit at the guards with.

"I thought we talked about this. I didn't want her to see Lauren when she was brought in," I spoke to Tori as our daughter ran around.

"I know but I didn't mean to. I was at the bakers, getting some bread when she was taken inside. Jasmine ran away to go see. I couldn't catch her before she spotted Lauren," Tori told me as I sighed and rubbed my forehead. "I'm sorry Ally."

"It's okay. You just know how hard it is with her. She starts asking questions, mi amor. I don't want her thinking we're the bad guys."

"She won't babe. I'm sure she'll forget but at the same time, maybe she should get some exposure. All the other kids her age have had their first kill and she's been here, playing warrior princess and doing puzzles."

I sighed and looked at our daughter before nodding. "She's not like the other kids. She is a hybrid. She doesn't have a lust for death and blood," I stated as we both watched her.

"Just try? Please. She's not just a fairy, Ally. She's a werewolf too."

I sighed and nodded before feeling soft lips press against my cheek. "Thank you," she whispered and I mumbled a "mhm," before Tori walked away, leaving me with my daughter.
