It has been one month since Shirou had arrived in Japan. The local mage association, the History Compilation Committee, had somehow gotten word that the eighth Campione was in Japan. This caused massive arguments in Mage Associations around the world. While other Mage Associations argued that Japan had suddenly become extremely powerful, the History Compilation Committee was worried that the Campione would tear each other apart.

Anyways, Shirou had been dodging mages who were trying to track him. Anytime a mage would get close, Shirou would either go invisible, hypnotize someone, or knock someone out into a one-week coma. Though he wouldn't admit it, he found these mages to be annoying pests.

Eventually, Shirou found himself at the area that would have been Fuyuki City. In this universe, there was nothing there. No buildings or settlements of any kind. It was the perfect place for Shirou's plans. He quickly created a large bounded field to keep his creation from sight. He then got to work.

One week later, Shirou had dropped the bounded field, letting the mages in. The mages each got into the area, finding a beautiful castle. They were amazed by it. The leader of the mage unit, Amakusa Touma, quickly entered the building. The ninja and the other mages invaded the castle, finding it strange that there were no defenses. They found themselves in a grand throne room, where a red haired man sat.

"Hello, there," he said.

"Good evening," Touma said, with a cheerful expression. "Are you the newest Campione? And is this your castle?"

Shirou nodded. "Yes. Like it."

Touma smiled again. "It is impressive. To think you've created it in such a short time. Now, would you like to align yourself with the History Compilation Committee? It's the Mage Association of Japan."

Shirou blinked. "Straight to the point. I like it. Unfortunately, I'm not joining any organizations."

Touma's eyes narrowed. "I see. You're going to be an independent king. Even when you're castle is on Japanese soil."

Shirou laughed in response. "Who said this castle is on Japanese soil."

Right after he finished his sentence, the ground rumbled. The mages looked at each other afraid of what the Campione is doing. Shirou merely pointed at a balcony, where the outside could be seen.

The mages looked out to see that the castle had floated above the ground. For such a large building to fly, it is absurd. The mages looked at the ground, the shock plain on their faces.

"The fuck," one mage muttered.

"This is my Noble Phantasm!"

The mages looked up to a higher balcony. There was the new Campione and beside him stood a woman. She had an elegant appearance, a peerlessly beautiful woman wrapped in a dress as dark as midnight. She had elfen-like ears and emanated a pleasing aroma. The mages thought that she was some sort of subordinate god.

"Welcome, mages," the woman welcomed. "I am Semiramis, one of the Assassin class Servants of the Campione Emiya. It is good to meet you all. This is my beautiful gardens, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon."

"Amazing," Touma muttered.

"If you don't mind, please come back to the throne room," Shirou advised. "I'll explain everything there."

And with that, Shirou walked back while Semiramis disappeared, astralizing.

"What do we do, Touma-sama," one mage said.

"We talk," Touma said. "It's time we got answers."
