Chapter 34- Fighter

Addie's POV.

Asher is going to be here in half an hour which leaves me no time to get dressed. I walk into the wardrobe where Jesse is going through his clothes and god is he taking long.

"Jesse move, your clothes are already on the bed" I shoved him out of the way, he was standing in there on purpose just to annoy me.

"But maybe I want to wear something different" he said. I shut the door and locked it so he couldn't get in.

I looked through all my dresses and came upon one that was perfect for the night. It was white tight fitting and it reached mid thigh and was covered in lace with glitter.. I put that on with a pair of silver glitter heals.

I opened the door and walked into the bathroom I did a really dark smokey eye, grey lipstick, and I put some light glitter hairspray in my hair then let it fall loosely.

"Babe, asher and Cynthia are here" Jesse called from downstairs. I quickly grabbed my phone and headed downstairs. Asher and Cynthia had there backs too me and Asher was rubbing circles on Cynthia's butt.

"Hands above the waist Asher" I said which made him move them in a heart beat, I walked over and gave Jesse a kiss on the cheek, "let's go"

"Wait wait wait, you have to wear this" Cynthia came over and put on a sash that said 'bride to be' I laughed and he headed off too the car.

"Wait I gotta get my water bottle" I quickly jumped out and ran inside Jesse was waiting with my water bottle in his hand, "thank you" Jesse knew I took my water bottle everywhere. I pecked him on the lips then ran out. When I opened the front door Asher and Cynthia against the car making out. "Oi" I shouted and that made them separated. I jumped in the backseat, while they jumped into the front seat. "Asher you gotta little something on your neck" he had hot pink lipstick on his neck where they were making out.

We pulled up into the club and Asher dropped us off Maddie, Cynthia,violet and Sivana were already there I guess someone dropped them off. I walked over to the girls and said my hellos and everyone commented on my sash.

"You ready for a good night" Sivana said to me while shaking my arm.

"Tonight is a night to forget,to get drunk" we all laughed then headed into the club. It was packed.

We walked straight over to the bar where a bar tender stood.

"Who is the lucky man" the bar tender asked while getting us some shots.

"Jesse Costa" I said, everyone knew who Jesse was and I suppose it acted like a self defence.

"He's a lucky man" the bartender made us girls some margarita.

"HELL YEAH HE IS!" I shouted over the music and headed into the crowd of people, I started to dance with violet and it was heaps of fun.

After about 10 songs I walked up to the DJ, drunk might I add.

"Song request?" He asked while looking through the sing lost.

"Talk dirty to me" I said resting my hand on his shoulder.

"No way, your married"'he said jokingly.

"Funny, put the song on"'I said and walked over to the girls, I saw Sivana making out with some guy.

We kept singing and dancing and then I heard a gun shot! SERIOUSLY EVERYWHERE I GO! I run over to my girls and we stood there while a 4 guys all in black walked over to us, I'm a confident person but when I'm drunk I'm really confident.

"What the hell do you want" I slurred my words as Maddie tried to keep me standing.

"You" he pointed to me, hell he ain't gonna get me and especially not on my hens night.

"Bad luck you can't have me, now leave please" I took a step closer to the main guy and he took a step closer to me.

"It doesn't work like that" he laughed.

"I said get out" I pushed him causing him to fumble back a bit.

"YOU BITCH!" He yelled, it all happened in a spilt second I saw the knife and then it came in contact on my leg, he had sliced a line about 5cm long, I saw the blood, god it was deep!

"ADELINE" Cynthia yelled she had a guy holding her in a tit grip, the main guy walked over and slapped Cynthia's cheek, that set me off I was so angry!

"DICKHEAD, DONT EVER TOUCH MY FAMILY AGAIN" I yelled and started to stumble over to Cynthia. That's when a hand went over my mouth and nose, I guy had come up behind me and held a rag over my mouth.

My body fell limp to the floor, "Jesse" I mumbled out before I fell into a deep sleep.

"ADELINE" I heard Cynthia scream and that's when the world went black.

Jesse POV

I was standing at the bar about to take another shot when my phone rang and I say Cynthia's caller ID, she was probably drunk.

"Yelo" I said into the phone I've had heaps to drink but I process it well and I don't get drunk.

"JESSE, HELP, QUICK THEY KNOCKED HER OUT HELP JESSE PLEASE" Cynthia screamed in the phone wait who knocked her out.

"I'm on my way Cynthia" I hung up and headed over to the guys, "they hurt adeline we need to go now!" The boys followed my lead and we ran to the car jumping into three different ones. It was me and Asher, Marco and kayden, Frankie and Adrian. I started to drive to the club I was also tearing the leather of the steering wheel.

"She'll be alright Jesse" Asher tried to calm me down, it did a bit but I was still furious.

We pulled up to the club and I saw all the people out the front but none of them were our girls, I jumped out Asher short behind me and ran into the club. I saw Addie lying on the ground with Cynthia sitting beside her not letting go. Asher ran ahead and grabbed Cynthia, Cynthia jumped into his arms crying I saw she had a huge red handprint on her cheek.

I turned my attention back to Addie's limp body, I fell on my knees next to her body and held her head on my lap.

"She's only just conscious" Cynthia said between sobs. Which made me so angry, I turned back to my beautiful wife I felt something sticky and looked down to see blood coming from her leg. Whoever that dickhead was had sliced Addie it only made me furious but now wasn't the time for anger. Addie turned her head too look up at me.

"Babe, it's ok I'm here baby. You're alright" I said as I dug my head into the crook of her neck.

"I'm tired Jesse" she mumbled I just nodded and picked her up bridal style and carried her to the car and placed her in the front seat.

"Jesse" I saw Cynthia running towards me Asher just behind her, "they tied this to her wrist then left"

It was a pink bandana I opened it up and there was a note written on it,

'Do we have to do It the hard way, dear brother.

I completely ignored Cynthia and asher and jumped in the front seat driving home.
