I Love You ~Shawn's POV~

God she's so perfect. I thought to myself. Wait Shawn you can't have feelings for her. She's your best friend!

I laid back on my bed trying to get Megan out of my head. It wasnt working at all. I closed my eyes hoping i could fall asleep but i couldn't. I just left my eyes closed.

Suddenly i heard my door open. I knew it was Megan so i didnt open my eyes. She got in bed and didnt say anything. I figured she thought i was asleep.

Then i felt her lean up and she whispered something to me that i never thought i would hear.

"I love you Shawn."

I was beyond happy. But she thought i was asleep so i couldnt do anything, could i? Of course not. She probably didnt want me to know.

A few minutes later i heard her snoring. Aw she's so adorable. Ugh Shawn you need to stop doing this.

I got up, making sure i didnt wake her up and went downstairs. I saw Aaliyah watching TV so i decided to sit with her.

"Hey Shawn" she said, not even looking away from the TV. This girl.

"Sup squirt" I loved to tease her.

"I hate you so much, ya know"

"Love ya too"

"So is Megan here?" She absolutely loved Megan.

I sighed and said "Yup."

"Have you told her yet?" Aaliyah has always known about my feelings for her.

"I wish. But nope."

"Man up dude. You're acting like she doesnt like you back."

"She probably doesnt." I said, ignoring the fact that her words from earlier were still in my head.

"Are you kidding me?! Its so obvious that she loves you Shawn."

"Eh i dont know. I'll tell her. I just need to find a good time to do it."

"You've been saying that for like 4 months."

"Shut up." She was right. I've been putting this off for way too long. "I'll tell her later okay?"

"You better." She said with all seriousnes.

I got up and walked outside. How the fuck am i supposed to tell my best friend I'm in love with her?
