I walk inside and immediately make a beeline for the couches as that's where the girls said to meet. I smile as I see them but it falters when I notice Tristan and Connor here as well. Luisa and Anastasia come up to me and embrace me in a group hug before dragging me over to the two boys.

"Look I know we should've told you Con and Tris were coming as well but we thought we'd surprise you as we know how much you guys miss each other," Anastasia explains and I give her a sad smile before turning to look at Tronnor. Connor gives me a kind smile, which I return before Tristan jumps up, attacking me with a massive hug. I couldn't help but laugh at him and return the hug as I truly do miss them.

"We're so happy you're here! We missed you so much!" Tristan yells out over the music behind us. I give him a smile then reach over as Connor wraps me in a warm hug. The girls go to sit by their boyfriends as I look around. I notice James by the bar with a group of girls surrounding him as they try to flirt with him. I couldn't help but giggle at the scene. I excuse myself from the two couples to go help out our friend. I walk over to James as I push through the group of girls.

"Pookie! I missed you!" James shouts out as his face lights up at my presence. He engulfs me in a hug, making the group of girls jealous.

"I missed you too Jamesy," I tell him as we break from the hug. James keeps hold of me though as his eyes examine my face.

"You okay?" He asks softly and I nod my head.

"Didn't expect to see you, Tris, and Con tonight but I'm glad I did." James smiles at me before turning the bartender to order us some drinks. He hands me mine after paying for them and we almost down the whole thing before James drags me to the dancefloor. I laugh as we dance a bit silly together before James suddenly looks anxious and turns us around so that my back is toward the couches. I look up at him oddly and he shakes his head at me. I hear faint arguing coming from the couches so I try to turn around but James keeps me facing him.

"James, what's wrong?" I ask him but suddenly the girls come over and drag me away faster into the crowd of sweaty bodies dancing to the club music. Luisa and Anastasia somehow distract me from James's weird behavior as we get engrossed in the music, swaying and moving out bodies in rhythm to the beat. I haven't had this much fun in awhile as I stopped going to the club after what happened with Brad.

After a few songs, I tell the girls I'm going the toilets and I way my way out of the crowd of to dancefloor. I feel myself being pushed inside the room. I turn around to yell at the person but when I see who it is, my body freezes up.

"What are you doing in here, Byron?" I ask the light haired boy standing in front of me.

"I had to see you," He responds before walking over to me.

"You've been acting so odd lately," I confront him.

"I know I just don't like it when you talk about him.." Byron trails off, making me confused.

"Him? You mean Brad?" I question him and his face turns sour when the name of the boy that broke my heart slips from my lips.

"Yeah him." Byron looks away for a couple seconds before looking back into my bright blue eyes.

"He never deserved you, Loey." By now, I realized Byron had developed feelings for me.

"Byron, we agreed on no feelings.." I trail off.

"Yeah well I guess my heart doesn't like to listen," Byron tells me.

"I can't.. I'm still not over Brad-"

"Fuck Brad! He hurt you! How can you still want him?" Byron says, interrupting me.

"Because I love him!" My eyes widen at the words that just poured out of my mouth. Byron looks at me disgusted then he backs away from me.

"Fine go get your heart broken again," He tells me before walking out. I run after him, trying to apologize. I call out his name not really looking where I'm going before I bump into another person. I almost fall back but they grab onto me and hold me to their body to steady me. I look up to thank them but when my eyes meet with a familiar set of brown puppy eyes, my mouth somehow forgets how to speak as it hangs open in shock.
