It's the morning of the meet-up with my fans. I wake up and immediately shower and change into my clothes I had picked out the night before. The outfit consists of my white and black striped tee, a pair of black ripped jeans, and some white converse. I blow dry my hair and let it to its natural self before getting into my makeup look. After applying my face makeup, I decide not to do any eye makeup, except for a little mascara and I put on a light layer of chapstick to my lips to keep them moisturized. I grab my black leather backpack and stuff my vlogging equipment in it as well as my wallet and keys. I slide my phone into my back pocket and grab my black and white bomber jacket just in case it gets chilly before heading out of my apartment and on my way to the meet-up. My assistant Danielle, which I rarely ever discuss because she likes her privacy, meets me at the meet-up location to assist me with anything I need. She holds out a Sharpie to me before we head over to the group of fans waiting for me.

"Hey guys!" I smile at everyone as I greet them before I'm suddenly bombarded with questions and requests.

"Can you sing for us?" I wink at them and answer with a 'maybe'.

"You should do a Sugg Life themed cake in your next video!" I smile at them and wiggle my eyebrows.

"You'll see when the next video goes up," I answer with a laugh as I love to tease my fans just a little bit sometimes.

"What happened with The Vamps?"

"Are you still friends with them?" My heart dropped as did my smile at those last two questions. I do my best to keep from crying in front of the fans. Danielle immediately comes over to check on me.

"You alright? You want to cancel the rest of the meet-up?" I shake my head at her concerned questions before going back to signing things and taking pictures with the fans. Suddenly I hear the fans start freaking out at something behind me just as the chords of a guitar begin to play. I freeze as a voice starts singing.

Ain't it sad when you miss a closing door
Turn around, have to wait for something more
Dum dada dada dadum
Gets me mad that I left it all too late
Swept in the breeze, now I watch it drift away
Dum dada dada dadum

So you can find me
The tallest building in the tallest city
And I will build a ladder to the rooftops
Screaming from my lungs, "I'm sorry, I messed up"

I slowly turn to see Brad standing there with his acoustic guitar, singing an unfamiliar song that he probably wrote.

So darling won't you stay here?
I promise I can change
And darling if you stay here
It won't be a mistake
I know every conversation, it always ends the same
So darling if you stay
I'll find the words I couldn't say
Oh, but only if you stay

Truth be told, I'm a mess when you're away
And I'm afraid you make me pay for my mistakes
Dum dada dada dadum

See you can find me
The tallest building in the tallest city
And I will build a ladder to the rooftops
Screaming from my lungs, "I'm sorry, I messed up"

I watch as he starts slowly walking toward me from my stunned trance.

So darling won't you stay here?
I promise I can change
And darling if you stay here
It won't be a mistake
And we can hide under the duvet
And time will have to wait
And you can wear my favorite t-shirt
And we can waste away the days
But only if you stay

By now tears are falling down my face, ruining my makeup as Brad stands a foot away from me, softly singing the last bit of the song.

So darling won't you stay here?
I'm asking you to wait
And darling if you stay here
I promise I can change

He reaches his hand up to wipe away a tear but I turn my head. A crowd had started to slowly form around us as they watch the scene unfold.

"Not here, please." My voice came out small and shaky.

"No I want to do it here, out in the open." I look up at him as he removes his guitar, which a guy who I didn't notice before, comes over to take from him. He looks down at me with intense eyes.

"I was an arse, Loey and I let you down. I'm sorry about Sabrina, I should've never done that to you. A guy should never do that to his girlfriend even if it was fake and just a show for the crowd." Brad's eyes start to water as he goes on with his apology and so do mine, again.

"I can't..." I mutter out before I turn to walk away but I'm stopped by Brad grabbing my hand and pulling me back.

"I've haven't known you long Loey but ever since I met you, you're all I think about every single day and whenever I'm away from you it feels like there's a hole in my chest. Please just stay with me..." His voice breaks as does my heart at his words. I shake my head as I'm full sobbing now.

"I need time..." I whisper before pulling my hand free and running off, not really knowing where I'm running to.
