Chapter 2- Anything can be used for attack.

Scarlett screamed, a sound that pierced the air. She had no doubt in her mind that this wasn't a vampire. What else could it be?
"Hey!" Shaun shouted. "Hey!" He looked around frantically looking for a weapon most likely and picked up a stick. Shaun threw the stick at the vampire with all his might. It didn't budge.
All that did was make it more angry. The vampire yanked Scarlett up, as she screamed and thrashed to no use. "Help! Shaun, help!" She screamed. She was feeble and the vampire was stronger than her. "Help! Please!" tears streamed down her face as she struggled to get out of the vampire's iron grip.
The vampire held her to his chest and spun her around so she was facing Shaun. He leaned forward and put his lips to Scarlett's neck. Her heart pounded. He was going to do it. He was going to bite her. End her life. "Shaun," she breathed. "Please."
The vampire said to Shaun, "You really want her that bad?" his voice was loud and bold, a little husky. "Take her."
He held Scarlett tighter to him, making her cry out with pain. It felt as if he was crushing her. "Agh!" She screamed.
He put his fangs on her neck. She could feel the coldness and razor sharp edges of the fangs as they bit into her skin. "I would like to see you try to take me down," he said savagely.
Scarlett whimpered. "Shaun. Help." She said, feeling a little bit of blood trickle down her neck and pain sparking near where his fangs were.
Shaun stood, unable to help. "Scarlett. I- I'm sorry,"
And he left her, running off into the woods from where they'd come.
Scarlett screamed. "Shaun! Shaun! Shaun, please! Help! You son of a bitch!"
He didn't look back.
She burst into tears as the vampire chuckled. "I guess your hero's gone." he said his voice muffled into her neck.
She screamed and tried to squirm out of his grip.
The stick Shaun had used to throw at the vampire was on the ground near her. She took a sharp intake of breath and lunged for it. The vampire was startled by her sudden burst of strength as she grabbed the stick. The vampire quickly regained his posture and held onto her again this time angrier. "You dare to defy me!" He growled.
She grunted and tried to hit the vampire with the stick.
She successfully whacked him on the top of his head.
He didn't cry out in pain. Instead, his temper flared and he growled, lunging for her. Scarlett screamed and fell in a heap on the ground, hitting her head on a rock. She cried out in pain and tried to get away from the vampire. It was on top of her, pinning her down.
She struggled and screamed for someone to help her but it was no use.
The vampire's fangs went down on her neck and a sudden burst of pain started in her throat.
She screamed the loudest she had ever screamed before and passed out.
