Chapter 5 - Wings and Explaining

(Shadow POV)

"you've got wings" Rip yelled at me 'what' I asked myself but I guess we all just pushed this to the back of our heads because we countlied to attack this Boba Fett dude in the corner of my eye I saw carter and Kendra carry Boardman onto the ship once he was on we all followed will everyone but me I stayed outside watching our attacker "Shifter get in" I heard Rip yelled I looked behind me and saw Ray and Rip on either side of the door getting ready to cover me

I smiled and turned to face Boba Fett and jumped on him knocking him to the ground then I used my newly found wings and flew over to the door shifting back into my human form before ran in as the door closed once it was everyone was either leaning on the wall or sitting down catching there breathes but Rip was still up standing next to me until Gideon spoke up "professor Boardman has contained severe interior injury's" she said "prepare the med-bay to receive professor Boardman and get us out of here" Rip said walking towards the stairs "Couse heading" Gideon said "anyway buy here" Rip said now run upstairs avoiding the steam I quickly jump to my feet and ran after him soon we had made it to the control room and Gidoned took over

Once we had got to a safe spot Gideon said everything that was damaged on the ship "yes I can see that Gideon" Rip said getting out of his seat "I've stationed us in the temple zone while I work on repairs" he add in as he ran into the study room "temple zone?" Ray asked "yeah it sort of like a time limbo we can hide out here for a bit another time jump will risk revealing out position" Rip said walking back out of the study room with a brown bag with him

"a-a time limbo astounding" Martin said I rolled my eyes and stood leaning on the table in the middle of the chairs "oh is there something you people don't know about time travel will that's surprising since none of you have EVER TIME TRAVLED BEFORE" he yelled the last part causing all of us to jump Bring a family member from the past on to a time ship breaking out and crossing around the 1970's we've barely begun and this is the worst mission of my career" he said as he started to turn around which was a bad idea since Kendra was right next to him and punched him square in the jaw

"Haha I see why you've got the hots for her" Rory said to Carter how just smiled and nodded I sighed and started to walk closer to Rip how is now pined to the wall by Kendra being yelled at "my son is hurt because of you who attacked us" she yelled Rip sighed it's something of a long story" he said looking me dead in the eyes "better tell it fast rip cause it doesn't look like the lady's in a patient mood" Snart said "and neither am I" Carter said walking down to Kendra once again Rip sighed before specking "his name is Chronos he works for the council of Time Masters" once he had said that Kendra let him go allowing Rip to fix his clothes up but she keep staring at him like all of us

"my former employers" Rip said "I thought you were a Time Master" Sara said walking towards him now "as I've expressed times not a liner thing and at some point yes I was in fact a Time Master" Rip said walking towards Sara he's asking to get hit I thought and I was right Sara punched him "will you people please stop hitting me" Rip asked "Start telling the truth" I growled causing him to look at me shocked "I relinquished my position as a Time Master when I commandeered the Waverider Chronos was clearly meant to being me in" he said holding his now slightly bruised cheek "you lied to us" Martin said shocked "of course I lied to you I needed you help you all barely said yes as it was" Rip said that was when I had enough and started to walk away "what about the legends part" Jacks asked this made me spin round to see Rip looked at everyone with a sorry look "oh you lied about that too" Snart said and not wanting to hear what Rip said I sprinted out but annoyingly because of my improved hearing I still hear Rip Say "I chose you all because in hundred years from now you live have minimal effect on the recode time line" but that was all I heard as I had gone too far away

-a few minutes later-

I sighed as I sat in a random room the Gideon showed me to but it looked like someone has already claimed this room but I stayed in it anyway I just sat on the bed silently crying what Snart said before was right Rip only has us here for our powers or brains Rip even said so before and here I was thinking this was my chance to do something with my life prove my family wrong but no it not

(Rip Hunters POV you didn't see that coming did you)

'Ugg I know this would happen I should have just told them the truth from the get go' I thought as I walked to my room I need to get something from there I should find Shadow to I thought as I stopped at my door because I could hear someone crying behind the door "what the" I whispered as I opened the door to see Shadow sat on my bed in a ball crying silently

I sighed and walked up to her sitting next to her wrapping my arms around her causing her to jump as she looked up at me "Rip w-what do y-you want" she stuttered sniffling at the end "well this is my room for one" I said chuckling a bit trying to cheer her up and by the looks of her frown it didn't work "and we I got here and saw you crying which I know why I thought I should help you and explain myself" I told her "that would be nice to know what happened since I ran off" she said looking down I sighed as I put my fingers under her chin lifting it up so she was looking at me "let me tell you what you missed then" I said and we sat there Shadow in my arms as I told her everything

A/N hey guys I am so sorry that it has taken me this long to get a chapter up I will try my very best to have the next chapter up as soon as Possible I cant but a date/time on that because will I have been extremely busy lately with this year being my last year at high school meaning lost of school work and a CRAP tone of drama 

but as I said before I will try my hardest to get a chapter up I really hate making you guys wait this long for one too 

but on a side not THANK YOU all so much for getting this story to 2000 read like this is amazing this it the most reads any of my stories have and I'm so proud of it and so happy that you guys like my story well I hope you do at lest
