I look at him surprised,unable to speak.He has red eyes and circles out under his eyes,his whole vibe screaming 'I'm in pain'.His eyes soften once he see it is me,and a whimper leaves his lips.He quickly covers them,looking to the ground and my heart breaks to a million pieces.

"Oh baby.."I whisper and pull him into a tight hug,his tears wetting my shirt.I close the door with my leg,and hold him as he cries.He was always this strong for me,I can hardly imagine the hell he's being going through in his head.If only I had woken up sooner,I could've helped him more..

I run my hand up and down his hair,his fists tighten the hold on my shirt before he lets go with a deep,shaky breath.I place my hand on his cheek and kiss him.I take his hand,leading him to the old couch,sitting him down.He placed his head against my chest,and I run my hand through his hair.

"Wanna talk about it?"I ask and he sighs.

"Not really no."

"Look I don't want to say this but,don't you think you should talk to Adam?"That sentence was all it took for Elias to sit up looking at me with a serious look.

Well,looks like the pity party is over.

"He didn't kill your sister.Maybe-"

"Well maybe,you're forgeting about the other things he did like kidnapping us,forcing us to go with him,shooting me-my arm is still sore by the way thanks for asking-,and then draining you out of your blood."I run my hand down my face and look at him,a little annoyed.

"Like I was saying,maybe,you should talk about Layla."I was about to continue when the door opens and Adam walked in.

Speak of the devil.

"Selene wants to speak with you."He tells me and I glance at Elias before nodding.Adam walks away,and i plant a kiss on Elias's lips,and get out.

"Adam wait!"I call out to him and he turns to me with an uneasy look.

"Yeah."

"Is it true?What Indra told me.You know the bipolar thing,that you went in there for me?"I squint my eyes from the sun and he places his hands on his hips,still walking."I'll take that as a yes."

"Don't compliment yoursel too much."

"Ouch."I chuckle and he smirks.I can see that he's changed.He isn't as happy,and kind as he was.He is actually the exact opposite.He is a bit more..crazy I might say?"Where's Selene?"I ask looking at the houses.

"I lied.She doesn't want to talk to you.I do."He stops and turns to me.

Seems like lying is a constant habit.

"You wanted to talk to me.About what.Helping you locate your brain?"I ask sarcastically with my brow raised.He fake laughs.

"Ha ha very funny.It's about Elias.Now that Kol knows he is still alive,he will come after him.If you think I am crazy,you have no idea about Kol.It's not safe for any of you."He folds his hands on his chest and I shake my head.

"Are you telling me this because you are worried or because me and Elias-"

"Oh please don't say it.I don't need to hear how you and Elias did the nasty."He frowns and I sigh.

"-Are in a relationship."I finish my sentence and he rolls his eyes."Look Adam.I am not the innocent girl I once was."

"Yeah I heard all about your little,kills."He titls his head and I try my best not to punch him.
