*LANEY'S POV*
I'm looking through Instagram and Snapchat while I'm waiting for the show to start. I got a picture of the stage and I really like it.
"Um excuse me, would you mind taking a picture of me by the stage?" A nice looking girl asks.
"Sure!" I answer bouncing out of my seat.
"Thank you so much!" The girl says relieved.
I walk to the stage with the girl. She hands me her phone and I take a couple of pictures. I do a few different angels not knowing how she wanted me to do it. When I'm done I give the phone to back to her.
"Are you excited for the show?" The girl asks.
"Very! I've been supporting Shawn for about a year and a half!" I exclaim.
"That's really cool! I got to see Shawn for his first tour and now I get to see him here again!" The girl squeals.
"Awesome! I hope you have fun!"
We go back to our seats and get back on our phones. It's quite silent.
"I'm Nessa by the way!" The girl said out of no where.
"I'm Laney!" I introduce myself.
Nessa and I continue to talk because there is still a ton of time until the show is supposed to start. We have a lot more in common than I thought we would!
"Do you have Snapchat?" Nessa asks.
"Yeah!" I answer.
I give Nessa my social media information and phone number. I feel like we're gonna become close friends. To bad I have to fly back to Wisconsin in a couple of days. I have trouble not being able to see the people in flesh and blood.
"What did you get from the merchandise stand?" Nessa asks.
"I got a tour shirt, a bracelet, and another shirt," I say. "What did you get?"
Nessa explains what she got. We both agree that we should put on our matching shirts and bracelets. Someone next to us asks how long we've known each other. Nessa and I look at each other and giggle a little bit.
"For about a half an hour," Nessa answers.
"Oh wow! You two surely get along!" The person states.
"Yeah. We just sorta clicked instantly!" I smile.
"Well that's good!" The person says, "you two have an awesome time tonight and enjoy the show!"
When they leave me and Nessa break into a laughing fit. I've never had someone ask me how long I've had a friend.
"She seemed really surprised when I told her!" Nessa giggles.
"She tried not to roll her eyes! I could see her stop herself!" I snort.
After a little while the lights go down and the show starts. Nessa and I scream at the top of our lungs. This is going to be an amazing night!
