Chapter 12

Fizzy's POV

"Hey!!!" I called out to my friends as Kailey and I made it to the lobby of the dorms. Badge waved at us as the others looked over with worried yet relieved expressions. Something was wrong; or rather some people were missing.

"Where's Cookieh? And Teresa and Haley?" Kailey asked as we came to a stop. Everyone shrugged in concern as they watched to staircases intently. I heard the entrance way of the dorm open and looked over to see Thimo come rushing in. He sighed as he made his way over to us. Suddenly, a voice rang out in my head.

'Someone please help! Hackers kidnapping us! Beginning of the end...'

I rubbed my temples as the voice disappeared. The voice seemed strangely similar to Teresa's... I looked up to the others to see that they had headaches as well.

"Did you guys just hear a voice similar to Teresa's asking for help?" I heard Evie ask as the others and I nod. Thimo looked at us curiously.

"What did you guys hear?" He asked.

"A voice that sounded like Teresa said, 'Someone please help! Hackers kidnapping us! Beginning of the end....' Or something like that." Kailey said.

"I think that voice did belong to Teresa." Badge said as she looked towards the doorway. Everything was bright again. It was as if the little incident never happened. Then a thought popped up.

"She said 'us' right? Does that mean she was with Cookieh and Haley?" I asked hoping to whoever was up there that my suspicions were wrong.

"It's highly likely. We'll have to scan the entire dorm and nearby area just in case." Thimo said as he pulled out his communicator. He told us to stay put and notify him if we see anything suspicious.

"If we all got that message, that means she does indeed have powers. I'm not sure about you guys, but I have this feeling they aren't in any real danger. It's like I have this feeling they could escape in no time." I said as the others nodded. About half an hour passed before Thimo and the POOP had finished their inspection. We were able to return to our rooms, but we all stayed in the lobby. The other students from the academy that lived in the dorm started to gossip about what happened. It was kind of annoying.

"Why can't they just shut up already...?" Kailey muttered as she looked outside the window. I could tell she was really worried about Cookieh, Haley, and Teresa; we all were worried about their disappearance. I looked out the window where darkness ominous clouds roamed. I hope they're alright...

Haley's POV

"...no... up... else... en..."

Who is that? Where am I?

"Hal....wake u....ve...ate..."

What are they trying to say? Speak up!

"....go now... Please."

Wait!

"Haley!"

I sat up with a start. All around was darkness and emptiness. There was literally nothing around. I stood up and began walking around. I wasn't feeling anything under my feet, so I'm not sure if I was actually moving or staying in one spot. I assume I was moving since I soon saw a purple glow off in the distance. The purple glow grew brighter as I made my way to it.

"You seem to have awoken. Long time no see, Haley." I heard it say as I got closer.

"How do you know who I am? Do I know you?" I asked. I tried reaching out to the light, but my hand just passes through. Of course that would happen; it's a ball of light.
