Chapter 19

Amanda's POV. 

After my talk with Dr.Johnson I felt like there might be a chance my baby is still alive. Should I tell Niall?  What if I get his hopes up and this baby is really gone, what would I say?

I decided I wouldnt tell him until after my appointment tomorrow morning.

I went back to the living room and told everyone I was going to bed then went upstairs, took a shower changed and layed down on my bed.

--next morning--

Amanda's POV. 

I woke up at 9:30 am to find that Niall wasn't beside me, must be downstairs.  I got up from my bed and felt the urge to puke. I ran all the way to my bathroom as fast as I could, threw the lid to the toilet up and saw last nights contents come out of my mouth.

After I was done I flushed the toilet and wiped my mouth with a tissue. I undressed myself and got in the shower.

 After my shower i brushed my teeth and then got dressed in this (www.polyvore.com/just_little_magi...) I did my hair like in the pucture and then put on my make up. When done I went downstairs to see everyone sleeping in the living room. I rolled my eyes and anapped a picture and uploaded it to Twitter .

I hit send and then walked over to Eleanor and shook her awake.

"what is it?" Shw asked sitting uo.

" I need you to get up, dressed and then come with me. No time for showers just go up there change, brush your teeth do your hair and make up then come back here. You have..." I looked down at my phone to see rhe time, it read 9:50 am 

" you have 10 minutes, go go go!" I rushed her. She got up not questioning me and ran upstairs.

I went to the kitchen and made two sandwiches, one for me and one for El also purring orange juice on two glass cups.

I was putting the orange juice in the fridge when she came back. I gave her her breakfast and took mine walking over to the car.

While I was driving El asked me where we were going. 

" were going to my doctors appointment. Remember last night when I got thet phone call?" I asked her taking a bite of my sandwich, she nodded her head. 

"well it was Dr.Johnson,  he asked me to come back today because the machine was broken " I explained.

"oh. And why did you ask me to come? I mean not that I don't want to! But why me and not one of your other friends? You seem closer to them than to me" she asked finishing her sandwich.

"well because if this baby is alive, Niall and I has been talking a few months ago and we want you and Lou to be the godfather s, if that ok!" I told her smiling. 

"Oh my God, yes! We'd love to!" She said all happy.

A few minutes later we arrives at the hospital. I got out of the car followed by Eleanor. I walked up to the receptionist and smiled at her.

"Hi I have an an appointment with Dr. Johnson. " she smiled at me and I smiled back politely. 

"name please?" She said

"Amanda Benson" 

"Oh yes, Dr. Johnson is waiting for you. Go take a seat and we"ll be right with you." I nodded and sat next to El.

A few minutes later I heard my name being called and got up, Eleanor following suit.

I layes down on the table while she sat next to me.

"ok now lets see how your baby is." He did all the same things he did yesterday.

"ok now lets find your heartbeat." He moved the device over my belly and after a while i had lost all hope when suddenly. *thud* *thud thud* * thud thud* 

Eleanor and I started crying tears of joy and Sr. Johnson smiled at us. 

"would you like to know the gender?" He asked us.

"can we wait for my boyfriend to get here?" He nodded and told us to let him know when he gets here. 

"El, can you hand me my phone please?" She gave me it and I dialed Niall's number. He picke up at the third ring.

"hey princess, where are you and El? We woke up and didn't see you guys" he greeted.

"babe, I need you to come to Dr. Johnson office now! And bring Louis" and with that I hung up.

A few minutes later they burst through the door. He walked over to me and took my hand.

"what happened?" He asked a little worried.

I smiled at him "babe, the baby didn't die, the machine was broken. Were having our baby." His smile was so big it could light up the whole town, he leaned down and kissed me. 

I heard Eleanor telling Lou they were the godfathers and Louis smiled at us. 

" do you want to know the gender?" I asked and they all nodded they're heads. "Someone call Dr. Johnson." Louis stood up and walked outside soon coming back in with the doctor.

"ok lets see what your having." He told me looking at the screen. We all looked intently at the screen too.

"its a..."
