Chapter 3: School aka Dead

~Kailey pov~

Mom and dad left last night and Mrs.Jackson came the day before yesterday. So today is Monday and I am inside the bathroom. Why?... I'll tell you.

"Come on! We're going to be late." Sarah yell banging on the door.

"I can't do this Sarah I can't."I yelled back at her.

"This is why I am here."she said soften her voice "Come on they aren't worth it , let show them who are they messing with. Show them that you are strong. Now come on we don't want to be late on our first day. Aren't we?" She said and I open the door slowly.

"Okay!"I said and she hug me. I hug her tightly and then pulled away. "Thanks you for doing this for me."

"Don't worry bae I'll do anything for you and you know that."she said and wink at me. I shook my head at her and we got out of my room and went into the kitchen. We eat our breakfast quickly and say our good bye to Lia and Mrs.Jackson. Then we got out and get in our car and drive to the place I call 'the dead of me'.

We parked our car in the school parking lot and walked into the school. People we're giving us look but I don't care we walk into the school and try to find our way to the office. Then finally we make it to the office. As we walk in, the school principal Mrs.Clode which I remember from years ago look up at us.

"It's good to see you again Ms.William and it good to have you here Ms.-uh Mago-what ever your last name is." She said and signal us to sit down on the two chairs in front of her desk.

"Mrs.Clode if I may it's Ms.Margotalles what so hard about that." She said and roll her eyes.

"Anyway girls here are yours schedules. Oh and have fun!"she said and turn around "Spanter!"mrs.Clode called and Spanter rush into the room "For trying to cut your mornings classes Spanter please tour these lady around the school. Now get out of my sight!"she yelled and I walk away as possible not wanting Spanter to recognize me. So I got out walk ahead of Sarah and Spanter. But make sure to look back if Spanter isn't looking and see if they are still behind me.

"Hey hot thing slow down." Spanter yelled at me and I stopped. Did he just said hot thing. This boy haven't change a bit haven't  he. I forget that I was trying to hide from Spanter so he couldn't recognized me but, my anger took control of me. So I turn around and almost bump into his chest since he was walking faster so he could catch up with me.

"What did you all me?" I said angrily at his face. "Look like someone is on her period." He jokes and I sent him a dreadful glares. He look at me and smirk. "It look like I am right " he said and rise his hands up in surrender.

"Look I don't have time for your cocky ness. Take me and my friends to our class and keep your mouth shut." I almost said in almost yell at him.

"Geez women!. Now be a good girl and give me your schedule." I hand him mine and Sarah do the same. He scan Sarah paper and then smile " pretty girl you and I have second and sixth period together."he said and wink at Sarah she just roll her eyes And smile at me. Then I give her a 'what? Look 'she shook her head and look at Spanter again. Spanter return her schedule, then look at mine.

"And you feisty girl you-" he didn't continue his sentence but look at me with wide eyes he looks like he sees a ghost. He keep looking at me like that and I become impatient of him and do the first thing I think of.

"What do I have something on my face?"I asked looking annoying at him. He open his mouth do say something but then close is again. He shook his head and blinks his eyes few time and look away. Then walk away from us I look at his back and told Sarah that we should follow him. He show us all ours classes and walk away without saying anything. I didn't care much, so Sarah and I get into our homeroom, since we have the same class. We have first, third and fifth period together.

As we walk in everyone in the class room look at us. "You're late " the teacher look at his watch and glare at Sarah and I. "Sorry sir it won't happen again." Sarah apologize for us since she is the good one she glare at me telling me to say sorry but I didn't but instead I make my way to a chair at the back of the class and sit down. She follow right behind me after talking to our teacher and sit in a chair in front of me. " I was going to sent you two into detention after school but because your new here and it almost the end of quarter 2 I have mercy on the two of you. So instead of detention introduce yourself and what are you planning after high school?" He said and sit down on his chair. Sarah was the first to start.

"Hey everyone I am Amanda Sarah Margotalles. After high school I'll apply to many collages that I have in mine and if I accept in one of them then I'll go for it."she says that then sit down. I looked up at my teacher as if I don't care then stand up.

" I am Kailey! I'll just go with the flow after high school."I said then sit down again. The teacher looked at me and said" Is that what you want just do go with the flow?" He ask then stood up and continue with his discussion. And that how my day went, get into classes and went to the cafeteria eat with Sarah and get back again to class. I am so happy I haven't bump into the boys or my cousin and I thank God for that. So After school I went out and get to my car waiting for Sarah to come. I was busy playing game on my phone I didn't know that a guy was standing in front of me.

"Why did you come back?" I look up and see Spanter looking down at me.

"Why? Is it a crime to come back?" I said and give him a blank looks. He shook his head and said "No3x... Why did you leave without saying anything and why did you delete your media accounts?"

I roll my eyes and said "You already know the answer." I said and turn around I was going to get into the car but he stop me. "I don't know anything. Just tell me why!" He said and I stop and look into his eyes to see if he lie. I look at him and said without feeling affected "He cheated on me with my cousin. And I was so broken I went home without saying anything. I deleted all my accounts to ignore people from asking why did I left."

"Well at least you could have tell anyone. You know after you left everyone seem dead and Dylen cry everyday and every night. Why didn't you just-"I cut him off "What about me how did you think I feel. Happy?" I said and look at him he was about to say something but I cut him again "No I didn't feel happy. I cry my self to sleep I hate going out I even ignore my friends and family. And top of all I become everyone nightmare."I said in almost yell into his face. I didn't know what he was going to say when I see Sarah coming I walk up to her and hug her. She was surprised when she see Spanter and she look in between me and him. "What happen here?" She asked And I shook my head "Nothing let go home." I look at Spanter then get into the car and start driving to my house.

"What was that?" Sarah said as we get out of the car. "Well!" I said awkwardly "he ah- he want to know what am I doing here." I said and look away "hey it okay " we hug each other for a while then get into the house.

"Ah I am taking Lia to the park not far from here you want to come?" I said looking at Sarah. "Yeah that sound fun, let get ready first." She said and run up to her room I smile at her and walk to the kitchen. Don't blame me foods is life. I walk into the kitchen seeing Mrs.Johnson trying to feed Lia, when Lia see me she jump up and down on her chair and clap her hand while calling "MOMMY" I smile at her and took her into my arms. "I see your struggling to feed her again aren't you?"I asked Mrs.Jackson who's wiping her sweat away.

"That girl is monster, I swear." She said and I laugh at her as she walk away.

"Lia you have to be nice to your nanny , sweetheart. Okay?" Lia just looked at me nodding her head and smile. "Okay let get you ready to go to the park is that okay monster?... But first you have to finish your food and also mommy has to eat something before she die of hunger."
