When Seokjin woke up he felt a pair of strong arms around his waist, violet, grape like on his shoulder, Namjoons scent on his shirt and the youngers soft snorrig into Seokjins neck. The waiter smiled and felt his cheeks heat up again. It took another ten minutes until a sleepy Namjoon started to blink and face Seokjins shoulder. His eyes widened immediatly ad his hands untangled around his friends body and he turned a little to look up. A smile appeared on his lips. "Thank you, Seokjin.", he whispered and grapped the olders hand. He was happy about having a friend like that, he appreciated his work. Seokjins heart hurt at the sight of his friend closing his eyes in oain for a moment. He didn't want Namjoon do go through this, but he can't change it. All he could do was staying at the youngers side and made his last days as perfect as possible. Namjoon was his everything.
Today they planned to clean up the roof first and Seokjin took photos for Namjoons photo wall. They had a lot of fun up there and leaving was hard. But the experience was great and magical. They went back to their appartment and started to pack some stuff for a short vacation. Namjoon wanted to go camping, so Seokjin lent a tent and packed a backpack. They would go to the mountains and hike for two days. The younger loved hiking so Seokjin combined it with the camping tour, he also bought marshmallows, he himself liked the fluffly white balls a lot. So it was settled. Namjoon sat in the car in time and when Seokjin sank down in the drivers seat the younger gave him another one of his pale smiles. They sang to the music that was played in the readio the whole time and laughed a lot, especially the older, who always went crazy over his own jokes. Namjoon would just give him a weak smile and chuckle along. He wanted to enjoy his time left together with Seokjin but the only reason to laugh at the waiters jokes was his adorable laugh Namjoon loved so much.
It was cold when they sat at the fire Seokjin successfully made and warmed their hands. Autumn really had no mercy. The older chewed a marshmallow and listened to the exiting stories Namjoon had to tell, he knew a lot of stories from all the books he read. Seokjin loved to listen to the youngers deep voice and the story he tells with it. It was like an own broadcast only for Seokjin. They rested at the fire for a while before a yawn of the marshmallow eating boy announced that it was time to get some sleep. Namjoon was happy, he never slept in a tent. When he changed into his sleeping clothes his flatmate explained that he should wear socks and a pullover to stay at a for him normal health level. The younger agreed and snuggled himself into the warm fabric before the olders sweet snores lulled him into sleep.
They decided to get up early and start their day with a healthy breakfast to get some energy. Namjoon helped Seokjin to pack their things, including the tent and soon they were ready to go. The hiking trip was realixing since they walked through a wood, enjoying the fresh air, the silence and the wind in their hair. Their steps were the only things audible except the whispering of the leafs and some singing birds who didn't flew away to save themselfs from winter. Namjoon really loved this, he always wanted to do this with Seokjin, enjoying the nature and the beautiful things in life. He more and more realised how much time he waisted on unnecessary stuff, now when it was too late to change. He sighed a little, what should he do? He was happy that he even noticed that and didn't die without appreciating his life and life in general.
