*Friday morning*

*there is tons of people in the hallway*

Erin: Hey! Devon!

*Devon turns around*

Erin: Hey.

Devon: hi. *turns around and walks to were he needs to go*

Erin: wait!

Devon: *turns around again* what? *he says looking more stern*

Erin: Devon? What's going on?

Devon: absolutely nothing. Why would you ask?

Erin: are, are you mad at me? Did I do something wrong?

*erin is following Devon as he's walking to his locker*

Devon: * he says sarcastically* no! Of course not. *he says opening his locker*

Erin: Devon, don't lie to me.

Devon: I'm not.

Erin: I've known you since we were in kindergarten. I know that you're lying!

Devon: well then maybe you don't know me as well as you thought.

*Erin stares at Devon upset and confused*

Erin: Dev-

Devon: *closes his locker door* I got to go to class. *devon walks away*

*Mace is at his locker, and Skylar and Melissa walks by him*

Mace: Sky? Aren't you going to say hi?

*the two girls keep walking*

Melissa: *whispers in Skylar's ear* it's all part of the plan.

Skylar: are you sure this is going to make him become closer to me?

Melissa: yes. I'm positive! Want to help me hand out my birthday party invitations?

Skylar: do I have a choice?

Melissa: well, no. Not really.

2 girls: hahaha!

*Brooke goes up to Devon*

Brooke: hey Devon. Um,-

Devon: I'm sorry for out at the beach.

Brooke: hey, don't worry about it. But are you seriously wanting to go with me to the prom?

Devon: *says trying to act positive* yeah. For sure! Um, uh-

Brooke: Devon, juts tell Erin you're in love with her already.

Devon: what!? Brooke, what are you talkin' about?

Brooke: *looks at Devon in a "yeah whatever" look*

Devon: so, I'll pick you up at 7?

Brooke: isn't the prom in two weeks?

Devon: yeah. But I guess I didn't know what else to say.

Brooke: haha! Okay. I'll see yah later.

Devon: bye Brooke.

Brooke: see yah.
