So I made up an AU where Papyrus has the ability to SAVE, and by following Flowey's advice, ends up basically fucking with everything past the Geno Chara level. Think Error Sans, but more depression and regret.

YEAH. THIS. It's amazing what TV static at low opacity can do for the creepiness factor of a picture. My best friend suggested Wishtale, so that's the current name for this spooky shit.
In this scene, he just died (as marked by the cut on his chest and the bleeding crack in his skull), and is about to RELOAD. Whether that's his blood or someone else's I'll leave to your imagination. For anyone who's confused, the chains are symbolic — he doesn't literally have bloody chains dragging behind him.
