Basically the story here: Papyrus has strong feelings for Grillby, and he feels really bad about doing this because he's kissing his brother's boyfriend, behind his back, out of nowhere, when he knows the two are happy together. Meanwhile there's literally a diner full of customers behind them just gawking, like "did Papyrus just make Sans a cuck?" He probably runs away after. Poor smol bean.
