chapter thirteen°

agust kicked the door open and angrily walked down the empty hallway

his teacher asked him to stay behind for some business but he did not think it would be to make him tutor one of the girls in his class

"she really needs help" the teacher said with flat face and agust felt his heart tightening

you have got to be kidding me...

"plus, if you will help her you will receive extra points, i can't see what's stopping you" the teacher had told him

if you knew she has a crush on me you would say something else!

"look, it's all up to you. you're doing great in this class" and as agust thought he is out of it teacher continued "but, extra points never hurt"

after that agust grudgingly opened the door and walked out, looking at the floor that was shining, clearly it was just swept by janitors

"agust hyung!" agust heard a small voice pipe up behind him and he turned around quickly, ready to attack

"woah, it's just me agust" jimin laughed loudly and agust frowned at him

"what are you doing here?" older male asked him, they started walking down the hallway next to each other

"i was waiting for you, what else?" jimin said and then stayed quiet and wait, jimin is never the one to be quiet

"what's wrong? i know something is troubling you" agust said quietly and jimin sighed and agust knew there was something

"i think i f-failed my math test..." jimin said, his vice laced with sadness

"oh, for god's sake" agust whispered under his breath

"i prepd you, how could you fail?" agust asked in calm voice, there was no point in making smaller male sadder

"i don't know! i thought i knew it and next second you know it goes 'poof'" agust had to conceal his laughter when jimin stored air in his cheeks and then blew it out

"i'm sure you did not do that bad, so relax, you did your best, now lay back and wait" agust tried to comfort jimin and jimin smiled sadly

"what if i did fail?" jimin whined and agust smiled at him tightly

"it's not the last test you will have to take in your life, eventually you will get better, give it a time" agust said as he pushed open the front door and suddenly the hot air hit them

"ugh" jimin groaned when the really really warm air blew at them and they walked out of school's cool hallways

"jesus, it's so hot outside" agust said and scrunched his nose up as his sleeveless, naked arms started to warm up, slightly glistening under the light

"lemme check the temperature" jimin said and pulled out his phone

"goodness grace it's 80 degrees fahrenheit outside! we are gonna boil like chickens" jimin said and as they started walking

"this is the hottest it has been in busan, dammit" agust said and looked up at the sun, squinting his eyes from the brightness

"hey boys!" jimin heard a loud voice and they halted on their way, turning around to find jin hyung in his truck

"need a ride?" he asked as he rolled down the window, the coolness from inside hitting boys in the face and both guys groaned in delight

"thank you" agust said but jimin has more enthusiastic response "you're my new god jinnie!"
