~Harry's POV~

"Relax baby, it's just me."

"What the f*ck are you doing in my living room?" I said, apparently a little too harsh for her taste.

"Hazzy-boo, I just wanted to visit you, I can't go long without you, baby." She stood up and walked closer. Her body pressed up to mine. She tried to kiss my neck, but I lightly pushed her away.

"Not now, Carissa. I have a lot of things on my mind."

"But you don't need to worry about anything. I'm here, and that's all that matters." She smiled leaned in. Again, I slipped out of her reach.

"I said no. Please leave Carissa, I'm really not in the mood."

"I can't leave! I've already invited people to the party tonight."

My eyes widened. "Party? Carissa why would you-"

"It's ok, just a little get together with a few people, ok?" Her fake eyelashes batted annoyingly.

"Ugh fine, but make it fast."

"Anything for you, baby."

~Kaylee's POV~

"Kaylee, wanna go to a party with me and Vinnie?"

I groaned into my pillow. "No, I had a horrible day." Actually, it had been a short, happy Friday, but I was still lazy and didn't want to get up, so I made an excuse.

"Who's party?" I asked, even though I really didn't give a shit.

"Uh...Vinnie's ratchet stepsister's baby daddy's cousin's friend's boyfriend's. It's at his house."

"They seem pretty close." I said sarcastically.

"Do you want to come or not?"

"No."

"Too bad, you're going," Lynn snatched my phone. "You aren't getting this back until we get there."

"Ugh, fine, give me ten minutes."

I trudged over to my closet and got out my strapless black dress. This thing was starting to get dust on it. Jeez, I need to get out more. I squeezed into the dress and put makeup on. And, after a million attempts to put my uncooperative hair into a bun, I just decided to put it up into a high ponytail. I grabbed my purse and looked at myself in the mirror. Gorgeous. I slipped on my heels and ran down the stairs.

"Lynn, let's go!"

"Hun, that took you way more than ten minutes." Lynn rolled her eyes. I turned to see Vinnie standing at the door.

"Hey, Vinnie."

"Kaylee! Haven't seen you in a while."

"We've only met once..."

"Lynn has told me so many things about you, like, I know your grandma's name!" He paused and lowered his voice. "It's Imogene."

Okay, little bit creepy. "Um...that's...nice...okay, let's take Lynn's car." I tripped on the doorway on the way out.

Why are you so awkward, Kaylee?

()

It was so freaking hot in this car. Vinnie and Lynn seemed just fine in the front seat though, while I was burning up. Oh, shit. I didn't put on deodorant.

"Hey, uh, Vinnie, could you get the deodorant out of the glovebox?"

Vinnie opened the glovebox, grabbed the deodorant, and gave me a weird look. "Why the hell do you keep deodorant in Lynn's car?"

"In case I forget to put some on." I took the deodorant and put it on, then handed it back to him."Thanks."

"No problem..." Vinnie turned around slowly, obviously weirded out. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person in the world who does that.

We pulled up to the party. There were cars parked everywhere. This house looks awfully familiar....

Oh, shit, this is Harry's house.

"Lynn, why didn't you f*cking tell me this party was at Harry's house?!?!"

"I didn't know. Why, is there a problem?" She handed me my phone back. I dialed my mom's number.

"Mom, I need you to pick me up right now-" Lynn snatched my phone away again.

"Yes, um, Kaylee's mom? Everything is fine." She hung up. "What the hell?"

"This is Harry's party..." I whined.

"You say it like it's a bad thing."

"Because it is."

"What? Why?"

"I...I will explain later. Come on." I opened the car door and got out. Walking across the street, my eyes started scanning the group of people outside. Harry wasn't out here. Wait no. I'm not really looking for Harry, am I?

"Hey, Kaylee! Oh my gosh, you made it!" A tall, thin girl walked up to me. It took me second to realize that it was my best friend from high school.

"AAAHHHH Holland! I'm so happy to see you!" We both jumped up and down, which was slightly painful, considering we were both wearing heels.

"Me too! How have you been? I haven't seen you in forever!"

"I'm awesome, still in school, this is my last year, actually. You?"

"Still in modeling. I'll be leaving soon for a shoot back home in Australia. I live there. Ok, let's go in the back!"

Ever since Holland started middle school, she has had ADD. Not too extreme, but enough to make me her only friend. I'm so glad I didn't ditch her.

The air unseasonably warm for a day in November, so I decided to enjoy it. Holland tiptoed across the grass in her heels, and I did the same. Eventually we can across the pavement of the patio on the backyard. I looked around. Nothing has changed since the last time I've been here.

"Want something to drink?" Holland held out a cup of what smelled like alcohol. I wasn't very picky, so I accepted and took a sip. Holy crap, it was good. I gulped it down, ignoring the burning in my throat.

"Can you hand me another one?"

There's the sixth! Woohoo! I don't feel like writing anything else.

Buh-bye.
