Rita's POV:
-after a while-
I lay down in the hospital bed & I look over at Swazz who's holding my hand while asleep.
His head on top of my big belly.
I grow a smile on my face seeing this adorable sight & the nurse comes in.
"Well I have to check you right now." She says & I nod.
I try not to make eye contact as she's checking my "whooha" area.
"Your 7 centimeters. 3 more then we can have you start pushing. But your ready for the epidural. Do you want it?" She asks me
I look over at Swazz & he nods with me at the same time.
She walks out & I rub my very large belly.
"Can't wait to see you princess" I say & let out a groan when she kicks me.
She calls a doctor and another nurse in.
They put this weird catheter in my spine which feels odd at first.
But with these horrible contractions it goes away quickly.
She smiles & says "momma feel any better?".
Of course I wanted to say. Not yet.
But instead I moaned in pain when another rush of pain went streaming down my body
"Ok..I'll call the doctors in" she says & closes my curtain.
-after a while-
It has been probably 12 hours & I haven't slept at all.
Swazz is sleep deprived as well.
Drinking as much coffee the hospital offers him.
Another nurse enters since our other nurse left due to her being the nightshift.
It's around 1:30pm & I look like a zombie covered in sheets.
She checks me out & screams
I look at her weirdly & she alerts the Doctor.
The Doctor rushes in & says loudly "it's time"
I look over at Swazz & he looks more worried for me than ever.
He grabs my hand & rubs it.
"Look at me? Your gonna be okay. Okay? Let's do this." He says
Even though he probably was saying his thoughts out loud.
I lean my forehead on his & he pecks my lips.
"Okay momma it's time to start pushing" the doctor says with a mask on his face.
I nod & I close my eyes as I start pushing.
-a few moments later-
*baby cries*
"Rita has added to Tiana to the groupchat on 2:30pm"
