Ross's POV

I took off Laura's scarf to find bruises on her neck but i could tell they were continuing but the shirt covered them I lifted up her shirt to discover bruises all over her torso that were obviously done by someone rather than falling I choked on my words as I said "W-who did this to you?"

End Of POV

Laura: *gulps*

Ross: *puts her shirt down looks at her face sees the make up covering her black eye is coming off wipes the rest off to reveal her black eye gasps in disbelief* Ok who had the nerve to do this? 

Laura: I don't wanna talk about it I gotta go *tears streaming down her face grabs her scarf runs out and runs home*

2 minutes later....

Laura: *runs into her house crying and goes to go upstairs*

Damiano: *drunk pulls her hair so she can't go anywhere*

Laura: OWW!! *turns sees her dad eyes go wide scared*

Damiano: *slaps her across the face*

Laura: *holds her cheek in pain* OWW!!

Vanessa: *runs downstairs sees gasps* Dad! Cut the crap!! 

Damiano: *slaps Vanessa across the face*

Vanessa: *grimaces in pain* OWW!!

Damiano: *starts beating them up* 

Ross: *goes to Laura's door hears punching and screaming eyes go wide opens the door runs in and sees Vanessa and Laura getting beat up gasps in disbelief*

Damiano: *lifts up Laura and flips her*

Laura: *lands on the floor screams* OWW!!!

Vanessa: *gasps tears come streaming down her face*

Laura: *blacking out barely manages to see Ross says very weakly* R-Ross Save you- *blacks out*

Ross: *eyes go wide pulls out his phone and calls the cops*

Damiano: *about to go after Vanessa*

Ross: *runs up to him and firmly presses his thumb against his pressure point*

Damiano: *blacks out*

Vanessa: *crying* Thank you Ross!

Ross: *tears streaming down his face* You're welcome So that's why you guys weren't happy? 

Vanessa: Yeah

Ross: *looks at Laura feels his heart shatter a bit starts crying* Is Laura gonna be ok?

Vanessa: Probably She's gotten much worse

Ross: *eyes go wide* WHAT?!

Vanessa: He gave her a concussion when she was 10 

Ross: Is that why she was absent for two weeks?

Vanessa: *nods*

The cops: *come in* Who's the one we're taking?

Ross & Vanessa: *point to Damiano*

The cops: *help him up and walk him to the cop car put him in the back get in the front and drive off*

Laura: *Moves slowly*

Ross & Vanessa: *eyes go wide lift her up and walk her to couch puts her on it*

Ross: *covers her with a blanket*

Vanessa: *gently lifts her head puts a pillow behind her head and puts her head down gently*

Laura: *slowly wakes up has blurry vision but can make out Ross and Vanessa says very weakly* G-Guys??

Ross: *crying* Are you ok?

Laura: *her vision becomes clear again says very weakly*Y-Ya

Vanessa: You've been through a lot lately Maybe you should get some rest

Laura: *dozes off as Vanessa was talking*

Ross: *kneels down next to her kisses her cheek softly *
