Chapter Seven - The Problem (Uh-oh)

A.N: I can't believe that the # of reads per chapter are less now.

Irina's POV

A WEEK LATER:

I still can't believe what happened in the elevator a week ago.

It's been a week but still it's on my mind.

Maybe because we had the chance to talk about us, well, not literally us because I kept changing the subject.

I'm at my car when my phone vibrated. 

It's a text message from Jess. 

From: Jessica

Hey, you gotta get here right now! Don't ask why, just see it yourself. Hurry, before everthing gets ruined!

As soon as I read that, I hurried up to get to John Macasious before, as she said, before everything gets ruined.

15 more minutes before I arrived.

When I arrived, the main hall was crowded. It made me wonder.

I saw Jessica waiting for me at the lobby. "What the heck is happening?!?" I asked.

"I don't know!"

"Have you seen John?!?"

"Yea, but all I know is that there's this guy who wants to talk to him."

"About what?!?"

"Mae, how many times do I have to tell you? I don't know!"

I ran saw a guy who I haven't seen before. "Hello, I am Irina Mae Lee, the head of papers here at Jonh Macasious, how can I help you?" 

I know that something bad might happened if I do this, but I did it anyway. I need to find out. 

I heard people saying. "Ohmygod, why is she doing that? Who does she think she is?"

Then I heard his voice, "Why? Well, she's my fiance. Is there a problem?" Fiance?!? What is JOHN thinking??!!??

Then people said, "What?!? That girl is so so lucky!"

Then again, "No, I'm luckier." Then he winked at me. Damn, I'm appalled. He stood next to me and opened his arms, giving me that look that states Please-Tangle-Your-Arm-On-My-Arm. And so I did it. I don't know why. I just did. "Hello, John Su Minah here the former President and CEO of the Macasious Group Of Companies this is my fiance Irina. I suppose you already know her."

"Yes, absolutely." The guy said. I don't know him.

"I was informed this morning that you'd be coming.."

"Yea, I sent a letter saying."

"Is it business?"

"Well, I would like to talk about it in your office John.."

"Oh, that's fine."

I was about to leave but he came closer to me and said, "Irina please follow. I'll explain everything later."

So I followed them. I'm so gonna kill him after this. :/
