Chapter 37

The night of the evening Gala

I was not ready for this evening to arrive. Greg has gotten me my "wedding ring" and I got his.
It really is a nice band for a man.
I looked at it and huffed. I wonder if I will get married one day. I never thought of it to be honest.

Sarah is done with my hair and make up. I look amazing. John and mom are going well in their relationships.
"Omg I must really take a career in doing make up!" Sarah said smiling from ear to ear. The door bell rang.
"That must be Greg. Put your dress on and I will be downstairs!" Sarah said packing up her bag.

I wonder how mom will be with Greg. She didn't like the idea but John managed to calm her down.
I put my dress on trying not to ruin my hair.
I look in the mirror and smiled. Wow I look sexy.

I took a deep breath and walked out and downstairs to where everyone was standing and waiting.
Mom looked up and her jaw dropped. John wanted to see why mom was staring so he turned around.
Greg looked up and his eyes went wide.
"I hope this is not too much?" I asked looking to the floor. Greg was wearing an all black tux. He looks rather hot.

"You... Look incredible Tey!" Greg said.
"Teylie to you?" I said and John gave me this look.
Greg nodded and opened the front door. I know I am being harsh but he played me. It is now my Game!
I hugged my mom goodbye and John said I must call if I need anything.

"You really do look amazing Teylie!" Greg said while drivìng.
"Thank you and you don't look bad yourself." I am being too nice.
I could feel him look at me.
We have arrived at this huge house.
"Ready!" Greg asked taking out this ring.

I couldn't believe this ring what he put on my finger.
"Wow the ring is too gorgeous!" I said looking at it.
I took his ring out and he put it on.
"Thanks Teylie the ring is amazing." He looked at me and smiled.

We got out and Alex and Lucy were looking amazing as well.
Alex smiled when he saw us walking together.
"Pretend you guys are in love!" Alex said and walked in.
Greg looked at me and placed his hand around my waist.
"Aaaaa Mr and Mrs Smit, thank you for joining us!" A guy with black hair and grey eyes looked at us.
"Mr Ferguson!" Greg said shaking his hand.
"And this must be the beautiful Teylie Smit!" He said holding my hand.
"Nice to meet you Mr Ferguson." I smiled and shook his hand.

Greg and I pretended that we were the happy newlyweds. It is hard as I don't want to pretend I want the real happiness.
"Please come join us for dinner everyone!" Mrs Ferguson said.
Greg helped me up and held my hand. He looks at me and smiled.
"You are really beautiful Tey!" He kissed my cheek.
Alex was watching us and when he saw it he winked and smiled at me.

After dinner we are all enjoying this evening.
Alex came to me and asked if we can walk in the garden together.
I nodded and Greg looked worried.
We walk into the garden and wow it is stunning.
"So Tey does Greg know what happened and who it was?" Alex asked.
"I don't know Alex. But did Dexter and Sandra pay for my hospital?" I asked. I have been meaning to ask.
Alex took a deep breath and shook his head.
"Did you know that Greg is not the father?" Alex said looking at me.
I don't have a poker face so the look on my face made Alex laugh.
"Really!" I said.
Alex nodded.
"And he paid for your hospital Tey. He moved to Australia so that he can give you space."

I was speechless. I didn't know that I was walking away from Alex.
"Tey wait!" Alex was calling me.
Greg looks so hot in the dim light.
Alex grabbed my hand.
"Wait till dinner is over please Tey!" Alex asked and I nodded.
Greg looked at me worried and I just smiled at him. O how I miss him.

We said our goodbyes and Greg and I were in the car.
I looked at him and he looked at me.
It was like we were in kindergarten.
"Please take me to the place were you shook me for the picnic." I said out of nowhere.
Greg nodded and undid his tie.
We got to the place even though it is pitch black ourside.
"Greg, I need to say something!" I said turning my back and walking towards the tree.
"Tey I am sorry!" Greg said and came to me and pulled me into a tight hug.
I just held him and started to sob.

After holding him and sobbing my eyes out.
I looked up and wipped my make up off his shirt.
He smiled and lifted my head. He kissed me.

I didn't want to return the kiss but who am I kidding. I returned the kiss he pushed me slowly up the tree but my heels were stuck into the ground. I bursted out in laughter.
Greg was laughing and his head was in my neck.
"Hold on!" He said and bent down and took my shoe off. The heel was really deep in the garden. Because he was pulling it and then when it came out he fell on his ass.
I was laughing soo hard.
"O you think this funny Tey!" Greg said.
I was holding my stomach and he just shook his head. He held his hand up.
"Care to help me up!" He asked. I gave my hand and man that was a bad idea. He pulled me down as well.

I landed ontop of him laughing and so was Greg.
All of a sudden the rain came down hard.
"O God!" I screamed getting up.
I was laughing and so was Greg. I can't run as now my heels will go deeper.
Greg came in front of me and said I must climb on his back.
I shook my head and he shrugged and picked me up and threw me over his shoulder.
As I was over his shoulder he smacked my ass.
"Ouch!" And I smacked his bum.
We both are soaked from the rain. His hair was all over and so was mine.
Greg moved my hair out of my face and kissed me passionately.
