Complex emotions

Info-chan lay on her bed as she woke up, staring at the ceiling. I can't believe she said yes. I was sure she'd turn me down. She blushed as she recalled Ayano's... informality... She was half naked, and yet, acting so casual... Info-chan planned a meeting at 12:30 in the cafeteria with Ayano. Shit, what time is it? She took out her phone. 12:34. "God dammit!" She muttered. "I'm going to be late!" She quickly put on her clothes and brushed her hair. Gotta look professional. Info-chan thought as she rushed out the door. She checked her phone as she walked into the cafeteria, out of breath. 12:38. Ok, no big deal, just pretend you were in a meeting or someth- "You overslept?" Info-chan jumped. "Jesus, you scared me!" Ayano stared at her with a blank expression. "I get that a lot. Now let's discuss my mission." Info-chan smiled. "Actually, I was planning to surprise you. Follow me." Ayano sighed, but followed her. Info-chan opened the door to reveal a helipad, with a helicopter ready for takeoff. "We decided to test you to see if you had what it takes." Info-chan smirked. It was all going according to plan.

Ayano stared at the helicopter. Ok, getting my mission sooner than expected, no big deal. She looked over at Info-chan. Something about her hair flowing in the wind seemed... appealing? She didn't know why, but she wanted to touch it. She was about to reach out, when Info-chan walked towards the helicopter. "Come on, recruit. Your mission awaits. I'll be there with you as a guide, don't worry." She winked and held out her hand. It was then Ayano realised what was happening. She was feeling a euphoric sort of... complex emotion? She shook her head and grabbed Info-chan's hand. No, that's impossible. Then she remembered something her mother always used to say. "One day, you will meet someone special, and you will feel complete." She sat next to Info-chan. Don't let this distract you. Stick to the mission. Ayano stared out the window. It had to be impossible for her to feel emotions like this, right? Right. It had to just be her imagination.

Info-chan stared at Ayano, staring out the window, lost in thought. I wonder if she gets nervous. Probably not. After meeting her last night, Info-chan did research and easily found her medical records. They explained in detail how she could not feel any of the emotions most are familiar with. Anger, sadness, happiness, love, nothing. She pitied Ayano, but also saw her as a very useful asset. A girl with no emotions would not hesitate to kill a target, and with military training, she was dangerous, perhaps too dangerous. But Info-chan was confident she could tame this beast of a woman. Yui thought she was crazy, that Ayano would kill her. But Info-chan wasn't worried. Ayano wasn't the only one with extensive training and skill. Info-chan then realized Ayano was sleeping on her shoulder Oh, I was so lost in thought, i didn't notice her there. She seemed peaceful, not as serious as she usually was. Info-chan yawned. She should take a rest as well. The research last night took longer than expected. She leaned her head back and closed her eyes.
