• Jimin was born October 13, 1995 in Busan in South Korea and has a younger brother, Park Ji-hyun. He is the lead vocalist and dancer of BTS. He is the oldest in the maknae line.
•He studied at the High School of Arts in Busan where he practiced modern dance before joining the High School of Arts of Korea with Taehyung and Namjoon (Rapmonster).
•He joined Bighit Entertainment in 2011 after an audition, noticed by his interpretation of the song I Have a Lover, then officially entered the singer-dancer track by integrating the Bangtan Boys group into his agency. He was the last member to be added.
• In July 2012, he appears in the music video for Party (XXO) of the GLAM group.
•On June 12, 2013, Jimin started as a member of the band Bangtan Boys with the release of the single 2 Kool 4 Skool. While they gained popularity with their first titles such as No More Dream - which is also their first single, in February 2014, Jimin also graduated from high school, event with the release of the song 95 Graduation , in partnership with V.

•Jimin is the main composer of Lie, song for the album Wings published on 10 October 2016.

• In July 2016, Jimin made a number of appearances on some of the stages: one on MBig TV Celebrity Bromance and then on July 30, 2016, as the show's special MC ! Music Core , accompanied by Jeon Jungkook. The following month, he participated in the show of varieties God's Workplace with J-Hope. The program brings the motto "we sell everything and nothing" and revolves around celebrities who become office workers.
