• Min Yoongi is popularly called "Suga" on stage. He is the main rapper, song producer, song composer and song writer of BTS. He is the second oldest member of the group.
• Suga was born on 9th March 1993 in Daegu, South Korea. He has an elder brother. He developed a passion for rap by listening to Fly from the Epik High band and started as an underground rapper under the name of "Gloss". He even made an appearance as a dancer in the clip of the singer Jo Kwon of 2AM.
•In 2010, he auditioned to the cast organized by the agency Bighit Entertainment and got noticed; he became the second member, after Rap Monster to join the group BTS. On 13th June, 2013 he debuted as the main rapper and lyricist of BTS.
• He has composed and produced several band tracks including Tomorrow , Let Me Know and I Like It . He wrote the lyrics of the latter in less than 40 minutes in the lodges of a musical show when he had to wait for his band to go on stage.

•His fans call themselves the "Infirms", in relation to a nickname once or twice in the past. The agency uses it, sticking the element of fire to Suga in different parts of the album The Most Beautiful Moment in my Life , his mixtape and mini-film for the release of Wings.
• Since the beginning of the group, Suga has approached the wish to form a subunit with Jimin, another member. His cadet had also chosen him in case a sub-unit was born and wanted to call it "Mini Mini" because they are the two smallest of the group in size. It is also because Suga often calls the young man "Jiminnie" and that the surname of the elder is "Min". The two members have kept this vow since their debut but no subunit announcement has been made by the Agency to date.
•Despite a few titles composed before and after his debut, Suga had not actually done solo activity. Initially, his first mixtape had to be released at the same time as that of Rap Monster but the rapper announced to be dissatisfied to the point of canceling the exit with his agency. He wrote the song entitled "I like it" in less than 40 minutes. Alongside his solo project, he also wrote many songs for BTS as Hold Me Tight , Let Me Know or introductions of Parts 1 and 2 of the album The Most Beautiful Moment in Life : Mood for Love (for Part 1) and Never Mind (for Part 2). In the same year, he also announced that he was simultaneously composing a song that he would offer Jimin to because he is the hardest worker he said.
