I slowly opened my eyes looking around to see that I was still on Tom's couch. I sat up rubbing my eyes and walked to the kitchen.

"Well look who's up," Tom said smiling at me while handing Paddy a spoon.

"We made pancakes!" Paddy said excitedly.

I smiled sitting down as a plate was placed in front of me. I took a bite closing my eyes at how great everything tasted.

"I have to go visit my dad soon so I really should get going," I said once I was done eating.

"Let me give you a ride, darling."

I blushed at his nickname and nodding my head. "No, no, it's okay."

He looked at me raising his eyebrows. "It's okay, I have to go pick up some groceries anyways. It's really no problem. I'll come over in thirty, is that okay?"

I smiled not willing to argue. "Okay," I said as I picked up my bag and headed out the door.

~~~
Tom sat next to me in the car singing along to the music on the radio.
"You have a nice voice,"
I said smiling at him.
"Not really, but thanks."
I rolled my eyes jokingly.
"So listen, I was wondering if maybe tonight you'd want to go with people and I clubbing. Would you be down for that?"
I had never been clubbing in my entire life and I debated whether I should say yes or not. "Sure." I said smiling nervously.
We pulled up to the curb as he got out to open the door for me.
"Come over to my house around 8:30."
I nodded and waved as he drove away.
~~~

8:30 rolled around as I did the last bit of straightening my hair. I sighed and walked to my full length mirror. I looked myself over smiling at how pretty I felt. I wore a grey flowey knee length dress, some white high top converse and a small music note necklace. My makeup was a smokey eye, not too dark, and some brown matte lipstick. I had my hair up in a cute messy pony, letting my side bangs fall loosely around my face. Quickly, I grabbed my wallet and keys and headed next door.
I walked up the steps to Tom's house slightly nervous of the outcome tonight. I knocked and stood back my heart racing. After a couple moments, a younger looking male opened the door. I blushed nervously and spoke. "Uh, hi, is Tom here?"

He smirked and turned to look up the stairs. "Tom! Some chick is here for ya!"

I heard a faint 'ugh' then Tom speaking. "Not just some chick Sam, you div! It's Millie, our new neighbor! Let her inside will ya?" His accent was thick and made me drool. Internally, of course.

I looked at the young boy who smiled cheekily as he motioned for me to come in. I stood awkwardly at by the dining room.

"Sam have you seen my cam-" Another young looking male stepped around the corner and looked at me. "Oh, you're not Sam," He said awkwardly.

I laughed shaking my head. "Last I checked my name is not Sam."

He chuckled and stuck out his hand.

"I'm Harry, you are..." He trailed off waiting for me to intervene.

"Millie. My name is Millie."

He nodded asking me questions making small talk while we waited for Tom.

After a minute of talking with Harry, Tom finally made an appearance. He was wearing a brown and silver Rolex watch, a small chain around his neck, black pants, a white tshirt, brown jacket, and nikes. His hair was styled perfectly, and his smile was bright. His eyes widened in shock at my appearance.

"Wow."

I blushed slightly smoothing my dress. "I'm sorry, is this okay? I've never really been clubbing before if I'm honest." I laughed awkwardly while tucking hair behind my ear.

"You look wonderful, darling. Don't worry!" He gave me a small hug and brought me to the kitchen. There, I found another young man and a girl sat with Harry and Sam.

"This is Harrison, my best mate, and this is Molly, his girl."

Harrison and Molly shook my hand welcoming me with big smiles. We all made small talk waiting for Tom's security to pick us up.

While waiting my mind was busy thinking, I couldn't help but feel out of place. These guys were photographers, directors, or actors and I was nothing. Yes my dad is a director, but me? I used to work at an ice cream shop making minimum wage. These guys are so young and making millions.

"Hey, you alright?" I felt Tom's hand around my arm as her pulled me into the hall between the dining room and kitchen. My cheeks were warm and beet red.

"Nothing, I'm fine." I stated plainly. He frowned slightly rubbing a hand through his hair.

"Look, I don't want to pester you, but whatever it is you can tell me. I'll understand."

'No you won't.' came to my mind quickly. "I just feel out of place is all."

He smiled a bit glad that I opened up to him. "But you aren't out of place doll, you're a person who is making some great friends. Whose neighbor is the one and only Spider-man!" He winked and I laughed. "There's that laugh I like to here!" I looked down at my shoes then to Tom thanking him.

"Tom, if you two are done makin' out, cars here."

Tom ran towards his brother quickly. I laughed hearing a scream come from Harry. Tonight was going to be fun.
