I slept terribly. I woke up to my twitter blowing up and the sound of getting a notification was killing me.

Every two seconds: VRRR

I grabbed my phone to check what the heck was happening.

(The twitter URL's are my twitter followers! Thanks to the few that followed my twitter! uwu)

What?

I quickly went onto Jake's profile and I didn't see a tweet that had to do with Jalbert.

WHY'D HE DELETE THE TWEET!? COME ON JAKE!! EVERYONE WAS EXCITED!!!

I stared at the screen for a while before my brain processed what I had read: Jake made a Jalbert tweet on purpose and deleted it.

. . .

"JAKE! CAN YOU COME INTO MY ROOM?"

"Jesus, quit yelling!"

Jake came into my room and I motioned him to come over to me.

He walke over and I showed him the tweets and his expression quickly changed to shock.

"What's this about you making a Jalbert tweet? People are acting like it's not a joke."

Jake didn't answer.

"Come on, Jake, tell me."

Jake shifted on his feet then he started to leave the room.

I quickly grabbed him by the arm and yanked him closer to me with all the force I could muster.

"Jake, I just want an ans—"

"Albert."

"Huh?"

"I have feelings for you."

"...for—"

"For real."

. . . holy shit.

I completely lost my track of mind, I couldn't think properly.  I couldn't process what Jake said.

I noticed Jake hesitate but he placed his hand on my chin, causing heat to rise into my cheeks.

I could feel my heartbeat speed up as Jake leaned down and closer to me.  There's no way this was happening, maybe I'm still asleep.

Jake connected his lips to mine.

My heart beat grew erratic.

I didn't know how to react.

It was real.

And I thought... maybe I like Jake too but I had never noticed.

All those hints Jake made that he liked me.  All the times I got embarrassed by those hidden flirts...

Jake did like me.

I did like him back.

Jake pulled away and just stared at me for a moment, probably wanting a reaction or something of the sort.

"I'm sorry—"

"Don't be," I quickly interrupted Jake mid-sentence.

I stood up from my bed and wrapped my arms around Jake, "I think I have feelings for you too..."

I felt Jake's arms wrap around me.

I couldn't help but smile a bit.

Jake's voice ruined the moment.

"So... are we going to be... like, a thing?"

I thought for a moment, "Yeah," I stated simply.

Time to tell twitter and get a ton of hate comments from homophobes and a ton of screaming from Jalbert fans.
