After a while of flying I landed next to a small lake that sat in the center of a large clearing with trees surrounding it. On the other side of the lake was a cliff with a cave in the side of it. Ignoring the aching in my wings for a few moments I flew over the lake and landed outside the cave. Peering inside I saw a large wolf pack of about thirty. One of them was at least thrice the size of the others, I assumed this was the alpha. Wanting to get this over with I opened my jaws and let loose a bright purple and black torrent of flames and watched as the wolves struggled to escape but burning before they got far.

It seems though that the alpha was strong enough to burst through and leap into the lake, steam rising as he lifted his body out of the water to show most of his fur missing as he looked at me with a feral glare.

I snorted and leaped onto him, slashing him with my claws as <Young Dragon Claw> activated and increased the damage. I was soon thrown off as the wolf leaped onto me and dug his fangs into my side.

I let out a small yelp that matched the wolfs as it seemed to pull back in pain, looking to see why I saw that it's fangs were covered in my blood but they started to deteriorate as the blood started to seemingly melt his face.

'Zul what happened?'

[Simple Master Orkiin, you are of the void thus your blood is extremely poisonous and harmful to all living beings aside from those who are of the void or astral realm. Those of the spirit realm are also invulnerable to it.]

'First drop the master part. Second why did he deteriorate if the blood was poisonous?'

[The Void is not meant for regular beings, those who do not have a void beings blessing/aura around them for protection would immediately die if they entered such a place. This also applies to the <Parallel World•minor> of the <Void Magic> skill.]

Sounds cool but I need to focus on the main objective and started limping into the cave as my wound slowly healed. By the gods I love being Op, it made life so much easier. Besides that I explored the cave to see it was about fifty by fifty feet give or take.

I can't wait to start making my own treasure horde in this cave, well not my official horde. I'll use my <Parallel World•minor> ability to hide the real horde while leaving some here as a trap for adventurers. I'll level up while also getting some shiny stuff.

Walking back out of the cave I used <Youthful Roar> to stake this area as my own. This was step one as it'd attract attention of adventurers who'd try to subjugate me for a quest.

'Thank you previous life me for being a video game nerd, I'd say I owe you but...'

Well anyway, I took a sip from the water in the lake and pretended not to notice the fish-man poking his head out and observing me. After a while it got creepy so I just gave him a glare and watched as he seemed to sink back into the lake and came back up with a female of his species.

The fish-woman was covered in light green and dark blue scales, she was wearing a teal dress that went down to her knees as she has light yellow eyes that seemed to have a calming effect. Gills were on both side of her neck as she had fins on the back of her legs and coming from her elbows like the fish-man. For ears she seemed to have fins. Ah, I almost forgot to mention she's a loli.

"Ah, you seem to be so young yet you're very strong. Not only that but you seem to be able to notice I'm a siren." She said.
