WORLDS APART
From the first glance I knew it was you,
Your head turned I captured your smile,
The gut wrenching feelings diminished,
As one for this moment undeniably true,
You evaporated my soul, felt weak yet strong,
We travelled into the night alone at last,
The door closes, now just you and I,
For this we craved inside for so long,
I felt my existance entwine with yours,
You kissed my heart, we felt so lost,
Yet within ourselves crave more than this,
So many obstacles our worlds, their cores,
For just this night extatic on false pretense,
Felt hunger and thirst for what will never be,
Got inside my shell so deep and loving,
It was oh so right this makes no sense,
The darkest of clouds hovering just ahead,
Making sure not to forget tis not our time,
Never can be for us, not for you not for I,
Pulled by charm, i followed, was not lead,
Time flew like an hour to a second,
The glisten of tears moisten your eyes,
Emotianaly torn i show no weakness but u see,
The hurt and pain through cupids wand,
This life so unfair we knew from the start,
We fell head first, unstoppable, unknowing,
If i was god love could be recieved from me,
Not this time, never were worlds apart.
