Black Steel Gajeel Redfox was as hard as iron and just as coldhearted, for more reasons than one. So when his newest job was to hunt down a girl with magic, he didn't care.

He was a Huntsman, and it was what he did.

In the world there were normal people; then there were the Hunted and the Huntsmen. Gajeel was a Huntsman. He hunted down individuals who could wield magic. And he was known worldwide for his amazing skill.

What they didn't know was that he could wield magic as well. This is what made him incredibly fantastic at catching ones like himself.

Gajeel looked over the sheet of information he held in front of him.

Levy McGarden

Solid script mage.

Last seen in the forest outside Magnolia.

No known information. All known shown above.

He smiled wickedly. This was going to be a challenge, and Gajeel loved a good challenge.

Levy POV-

There was a lightning and thunderstorm scheduled for Magnolia tomorrow.

And unfortunately for Levy McGarden, she was afraid of storms and lived near Magnolia.

Levy snuck through the forest she lived in, careful not to be seen. Up there next to lightning on her list of fears was her magic.

In order her fears were listed like this:

-Black Steel Gajeel

-Lightning

-Magic

-Other Huntsmen

-The dark

The list went on, but those were the top 5. She crept up to the town, looking down into it to make sure there was no Huntsmen there. She didn't see anyone or their emblem, which looked like a dripping dagger with 3 slashes behind it, all black on a background of red.

She crept into town, quietly bought some provisions for the next month and left money on the counter when the cashier went to the restroom

She crept into town, quietly bought some provisions for the next month and left money on the counter when the cashier went to the restroom. Then she left.

Back in the forest, Levy breathed a sigh of relief and carefully made her way back to her house deep in the woods.

She opened the door to her home and put the food away.

She sat down in the small front room of her hidden house and thought of something she'd seen in the store just now. It was a small poster and it had said:

Levy McGarden

She was officially one of the Hunted.

This was a little startling. She'd been so careful, but now she was found and that meant Huntsmen.

She shivered, and grabbed a blanket to wrap around her. Tomorrow, she would need to leave, especially before a Huntsman came. She shivered again.

The most famous, brutal and cruel Huntsman was Black Steel Gajeel Redfox. He never failed a Hunt. He was very skilled, and if he happened to be the one sent to Hunt her, then she had no chance of survival.

Levy suddenly shook her head. "Well, it won't do any good to sit around worrying." She said to herself. "If I'm leaving tomorrow, I need to get ready."

She got up and started compiling what she would need.
