Chapter Ten

Abbeys heart raced as she sent the photos to Cody.

She typed, 'I guess... that's what... we did...'
"OMG BABE! I AM SO FUC*ING SORRY! I DIDN'T KNOW!"
"It's okay. I didn't either, but I kinda also have more bad news."
"Omg... did I accidentally do it with another girl.. "
"No... but... please understand I love you and will not hate you if you leave me... okay... I promise that."
"Babe... are you okay?"
"Yeah... it's just that... I'm pregnant with your baby..."
"... BABE I SWEAR I AM SORRY! I WILL PAY FOR THE ABORTION!"
"No... dont... I am gonna have them."
"What do you mean by them? "
"Twins...."
"Baby... I'm not going to leave you... I promised you that. I will take the pain from your dad when I tell him what happened... and I can explain and tell your mother..."
"No... no need to do that..."
"Babe... I'm the one who did it... you can be there with me when I tell them... but I'm not going to let you tell them..."
"Okay babe... Fine you can... but I will be there to show the photos and messages from friends..."
"Okay babe... love you... and can't wait to be the father of your babies."

Abbey smiled and cried of joy. She didn't loose her boyfriend. He loved her and he was happy to be a parent. She was so happy.

Abbey and Cody drive to Abbeys dad's house. They chose to confront him first.

"Hey dad... we kinda need to talk to you."
"Okay what is it?"
"Well... Cody wants to tell you in private"

Cody follows Abbey's dad to his room. Abbey sat down in the kitchen. Her heart racing.

Cody begins, "I promise to you sir that I will speak the whole truth, and as a matter of fact if you get extremely angry. I will give you all rights to smack or punch me as hard as you want."
"Okay, so where are you going with this."
"Alright... so me and Abbey went to a party, with permission. We both promised NOT to drink. Our friends tricked me and her both and Abbey will explain what happened that night."

Cody walked to the kitchen and assisted Abbey. Abbey walks in and her heart starts to go faster.

"Dad. I want you to know. That NONE of this was mine or Cody's fault. If you blame him. I will be extremely mad at you. You may think that I am defending him, but I am NOT. Okay? Do you understand that dad?"
"Yeah... hurry up I have more important things to do."
"Okay... well... I am pregnant with twins."
"The he*l you are!"
"Dad! It was an accident!"
"Accident my a*s! We are going to the doctors and will be having an abortion to those two babies!"
"The he*l you are! What the fu*k is wrong with you dad!? These two babies never did anything to me or you or this world! How the he*l are you going to look at me dead in the face and tell me the  haunting word ABORTION?"
"Abbey Marie Gillian! You are having an abortion and that's fuc*ing FINAL!"
"SEE DAD! THIS IS WHY I DON'T LIVE WITH YOU! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF ACCIDENT AND NO ONES FAULT! THESE TWO BABIES NEVER DID DA*N THING TO YOUR SELFISH A*S!"
Her dad slung things off his desk and yelled at Abbey, "LEAVE MY HOUSE RIGHT NOW! I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR FACES EVER AGAIN! YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THIS FAMILY!" Abbey turns around fast and yells back, "I'M NOT PART OF THIS FAMILY! I DON'T WANNA BE! I HATE YOU! YOUR WIFE! EVERYONE IN THIS FAMILY! GO DIE!" Cody comes up abd grabs Abbey and says, "Let's go baby!" Abbey turns around a cries. Cody holds her close and says, "See what you do. She loves you so much, but you make it to hard for her to show it, because you won't let her." He turns and around and takes Abbey to the car and they drive off.

Abbey runs to her mom and starts yelling, "HATE ME ALL YOU WANT! DON'T BELIEVE ME ALL YOU WANT! BELIEVE THAT IT WAS ON PURPOSE! BE CRUEL LIKE DAD I DON'T CARE ANYMORE!" She jumps and runs to Abbey and says, "Abbey! Are you okay?" Cody runs in and she asks, "What's the matter?" He looks at her and says, "We tried to confess something to her dad... it didn't go so well." Cody takes Abbey to her room and walks back to the kitchen and says, "Well at that party. Our friends pranked me and Abbey and made us both drink... now Abbey is pregnant with my twins.... I'm extremely sorry ma'am." Her eyes widened and she ran to her daughters room. Cody walked outside and sat on the porch.

"Abbey!"
"You can hate me all you want mom! But I am NOT having and abortion.... they never... did anything."
"Honey I don't hate you. I just want you to understand that I still love you. I'm glad you are making the right decision on telling me, also I don't believe in abortions either. When I was pregnant with you... your dad tried to force me to have and abortion. I yelled and cried and screamed for days. A few days before you were born he left. After you were born and you learned to walk he decides to come back into your life. Which is a bad idea. If they father leaves. Don't you EVER let them come back! You hear me Abbey."
"Yes mom. Thank you. Cody actually is very happy to be a father and can't wait to be and part of these babies lives." Abbey's mom leaves out if the room and notices that Cody is gone. She looks outside and sees him on the porch. She sits beside him and hugs him and says, "You are going to be a and good father." Cody looks up and smiles. He hugs her back and goes to Abbeys room and sits with her and they talk and talk.
