Your secret guardian

Chapter 3

It was the day we showcase our performance to our teacher and I can't help but feel excited, not about my own performance,but rather Eunbi's.

As me and yugyeom hit the stage with the choreography done by Hobi, every single one of the audience had their jaws on the floor, clearly impressed at our routine, even Mrs park who had seen countless trainee performed can't help but had her breath taken away.

But their opinion doesn't matter to me, the first person I look at after our dance was Eunbi, I cant seem to shake her out of my mind since the day I saw her dance. I can tell from the look on her face that she was impressed and I was secretly happy. Our teacher wanted to give us comments but was interrupted the students loud cheer for an encore which we can't possibly deny. It was clear we would be selected to represent the class for the concert.

We went back to our seats and watched the rest of the class performed. There was dances as well as singings but nothing really caught my attention, not until Eunbi's turn. They were a group of 6 that moved like one individual, they were really good! Or at least Eunbi was, since my eyes were glued to her from the very start. They were easily the best performance, on par with me and yugyeom, but I don't know why they didn't receive the response I had from the rest of the class, maybe because our class was mostly girls and they were more impressed by guys? Heck, I was still confident that they would be the second group to be chosen since the rest of the class had lackluster performances.

"Alright, I will be showing your performance to the school leaders and discuss who to pick. There are no definite chooses so don't be too happy if you did well today" Mrs park addresses the class and dismissed us

"OMG, did you see Eunbi's group? They were electrifying!" I exclaimed to Yugyeom, "there's no way they won't get chosen right?"

"I guess so, they were really good! But I think we secured our chances though" he answered as we gave each other a high five before leaving school.

The following week, we reported to school, anticipating the results of the school performance.

"Here's the list of selected performers from each class, it'll be up on the notice board so feel free to look it up. But from our class, we have.." Mrs park paused, building up the suspense before continuing.

"Jungkook and Yugyeom! And the other group would be..."
