So I dont know if she got this from somewhere or not, but my "baby" cousin who is 9 had this as her bio for a game she was playing. It surprised me so much and I just had to put it on Wattpad. I didnt think she understood what it meant. Or would even acknowledge it. Its sad that even the youngest of kids have to go through bulling.
The girl you just called fat?
She is going on a diet.
The girl you just called ugly?
She spends hours everyday putting on makeup hoping people will like her.
The boy you pushed down the stairs?
He is abused at home enough.
See that man with ugly scars?
He fought for his country.
The man you just made fun of for crying?
His mother is dying.
The kid you made fun of for being bald?
He has cancer.
Bullying is not okay. No one has the right. No one is perfect. And for some people it leaves lasting marks on their lives. Marks that may never leave. But they can heal. If you see someone being bullied. PLEASE. Help them. You could make a friend. And you can save someone who could be the next person on the news. Who has left this world. Kids can be mean. Help be the one to change that. I promise. It will pay off in the end. Thank you all who were brave enough to help. Thank you people who risked their reputation for someone else. And thank you people who help bring up someone from a sad past. 💗 <3
